After watching the 2nd episode twice, this is what I deduced: 1) Toyin preferred this guy to Azeez. 2) Azeez loved Toyin more than the guy loved Toyin. 3) The guy denied the pregnancy so, Toyin must have told Azeez that he was responsible for the pregnancy. He gave her money to go to Lagos to abort the pregnancy. Toyin wanted to keep the pregnancy so she shifted the ownership to Azeez. 4). Azeez took care of the child till she turned 5. 5). Both parties met again and Toyin had to come clean about the pregnancy. 6). The guy couldn’t have children with his wife so, he went back to Toyin and relocated her to Minna. 7). Toyin was looking forward to a wedding with the guy since she had more kids for the guy. 8). The guy still wanted to be controlling Toyin because he has money. (Note- she is a baby mama and should not be manipulated in any way. He doesn’t have right over where she lives or who she sees). 9). The guy wanted to relocate her back to Lagos to his family house so that she can be monitored. Why didn’t he and his family relocate to Lagos too if Minna wasn’t safe? Why didn’t he look for a neutral place for her? 10). Toyin wanted to have her freedom, but still need money from the guy. 11). If this guy was able to have children with his wife would he have bothered about Toyin and her child/children? Winners- Toyin and the guy. Both of them are playing games. Losers- Azeez and the guy’s wife, but at least Azeez was compensated. Watch out for episode 3😂

I honestly don't believe this guy. You are married to someone else and still had the effrontery to go back to your ex and have 2 more children with her. I feel so sorry for your present wife - I can imagine the emotional trauma she is going through, considering the fact she has not had a child for you. One of the major reasons you are so bothered about these kids is because they are the only children you have and it's a possible way to prove a point. I would have loved to know if he would have ever considered the first child if he had children from his marriage. The lady is also at fault for leaving a man who genuinely loved and cared for her and the first child. It's unfortunate. They both had bad motives from the onset - why did she leave Azeez? Why did she have children or sleep with a married man and had 2 more children for him? For the man, you have a wife and child (outside wedlock), that not being enough you went back to your ex and made her a mother of 2 more children and then decided to ship her off to Lagos. Hopefully, the case of molestation is properly investigated. I pray she finds comfort, self worth and strength. I pray she gets healed and finds a man who loves her genuinely.

My humble opinion as a survivor of domestic abuse and an advocate: Domestic abuse comes in so many forms. It is unfortunate that this Lady is being abused all over again even as she runs to court to seek protection not only for herself but also for her children. Does anyone notice that this man was reading through the well calculated and fabricated lies he meticulously wrote down? This lady said that this man wants their first daughter bath naked in his presence, he insisted that she must do as he wants before he can treat her equally well like he is treating the other children. This lady said that the other children were with her the night Nepa took light and they suddenly heard the child yelling out for help… THE MAN WAS WITH ERECTION , OBVIOUS REASON THE CHILD SCREAMED OUT TO THE MOTHER. When Judge Funmi said if the lady can’t prove this serious allegations she shouldn’t go there, she said her oldest daughter was there….. this simply means that daughter can attest to the incident. However, the Lady needs to pursue a criminal complaint against the man first or have a lawyer write a petition to the commissioner of police in their jurisdiction against the man, an investigation will be launched and if enough evidence, especially if the daughter’s statement reveal some of the above truth, the man will be charged to court. Only then will I advise a pursuit of welfare upkeep. Because I believe he is making threats to take the children away from this lady. And he will do so just to punish her and not in the best interest of the children.

I fear this man, if the man is allowed to take the Children over, he can move them out of the country and the woman will never have access to them again. I have seen this woman in the comment section complaining that the guy is still not giving upkeep, I suppose that it could be that the woman is still denying the man of access and he is choosing to punish her back. According to her, she had complications with her last pregnancy and I think she said her womb was removed or so, her case is very unfortunate. The lady said she was sited next to the man on the chair and they were watching TV when she heard the 3-year-old daughter shouted. The TV would throw enough light into the room for you to know what the person sitting next to you is doing. She said she saw the man sitting next to her with erection. She did not see the man carrying the daughter or holding the daughter, what she said she saw was the daughter standing folding her arms and screaming. How do you convince the Police of this narration, a man sitting next to his babe watching TV and, in the process, developed an erection is molesting his 3-year-old daughter standing in the sitting room with them all. She will need to report her ex-lover Mr. AZZIZ too because she alleged that he committed same offence when she wanted to leave him.

This is not the first time they are hearing of the allegations, and I am certain an official investigation was done and found no merit. Most Nigerian judge do not understand how to adjudicate sexual molestation against children within the family. Most families don’t like to report sexual abuse within the family to the authorities because of stigma surrounding such abuse victims. Third parties should be present during visitation by the man until the issues of sexual abuse are resolved. It is not fair to use child upkeep money to suppress the woman and sweep the case under the carpet. I am really concerned about the children and their mother.

The lady seemed believable until the guy presented his case. The lady is unruly and tried to implicate the guy to get him locked up or suffer one way another but it didnt work. Judge Funmi saw through her bluff, and I am glad she did. Thank you Judge Funmi.

I don't agree. I think the guy is also a liar. Judge Funmi is biased in this case. The guy kept on referring to the children as his children and she never corrected him. When the lady referred to the children as her children she was very quick in correcting her twice in the previous episode. I'm in doubt of "Judge" Funmi's CV at this point. Not just because of this. Was she ever a judge or she just started this show to make money? I had a lot of respect for her before this case but she lost my respect for her in this case alone. I live in north America and got addicted to her program but this is a complete let down.

There should be further investigation into this matter. This purely shows that there was a possibly rehearsed response or what to say by the man 1. The lady accused him of abandoning her when he discovered that she was pregnant. The man twisted it to the lady trying to terminate a 5 months pregnancy. Mothers in the house or professionals in medicine, is this possible? 2. The lady accused him of child molestation. The man responded by saying it was Azeez instead. 3. The lady said because the man has no child in his present marriage, they continued their relationship. This man responded by saying the woman instead opened up that there was no child between her and Azeez and that they can continue in their relationship. There is probably rehearsed words before this court case. Issues where a man finds a way on child issues outside marriage is a possibility too especially when he has a lady with his child Something is wrong somewhere. There should be real investigation in this matter. Thorough one.

The judge was right anyone can level allegations on anyone. For her to take a decision to restrain the man from seeing the children they need a separate judgement on the child molestation case. In some cases a judge can use character integrity to give a benefit of doubt to a party in that case the man proved to the court that the lady doesn't have the best integrity. The lady on her case did not help matters as she mixed up are bitterness in not getting married to the man, making the judge not able to differentiate it she spiteful or genuine.

1.There was never a molestation issues with Azeez. Never 2. The defendant Debola and the Sister came up with saying I accused Azeez about such before to cover Debola. 3. What the defendant did was I caught him using my child hand to rub penis,and he had an erection ,a 3yr old. I could not get over that trauma because you never know what has been happening before the caught and what could happen if you ignore that, first child 13yr old saw it too. The greatest shock was that it was in my presence. We can never get over it. The defendant thought I over reacted by leaving. But no over reaction here because using a young child for sexual stimulation is called molestation. Worse,he was not remorse about it.evil could become the norm if overlooked. I had to leave! I had to leave to prevent and discouraged further acts of such. Then he won't stop threatening me how he will take my kids from me. No child support too. 4. That illicit acts he did that the 13yr old witness almost broke the child ,no good terms between them, that's tough ,with knowing no care is coming from him to them. 5. I reported the case to police station when I relocated to Lagos, I could not report in Minna immediately because i was heavily pregnant with 3rd child and few weeks to EDD,with possible c.s birth which was eventually c.s. it will be death trap to have reported him at that time. But to prevent further occurrence,after I healed from cs,I left with my kids. I only went to court to ask that he support the children no matter how small,and to stop him from threatening me that he will find me and take my kids away where I will never find them. 6. I may not be eloquent at the time, I was overly stress,and in shocks. 7. Been 3yrs taking sole responsibilities on my kids, and I am better off, God has been faithful 8. Been 7months after court, yet not a penny from him to the children,even when the school contact him he told the school propietor to send them away from school. Never made attempt to call to speak with them. I'm not complaining,just pointed facts. We are better off him and God have been faithful. 9. I was stupid some says, I allowed myself be used. I have accepted my fate and made peace with myself. I thank God,I had courage to leave. All that don't matter anymore,what matters are my children now who God has graciously blessed me with. I am getting stronger,better,wiser. 10. I have learnt many lessons, run when you see the first red flag, marriage is over rated, protect your mental health, leave when you can lest you lose your life, count your blessings,be grateful for life.

I always tell people, it is better not to get into a problem than to get into it and think the court will save you, different lies are put together and judgement may be made on untrue facts. Heyah! i had wanted to listen to the judgement before advising you but it seems you are very pained on this matter. But honestly, I don't think you are going about this the right way. You need patience and wisdom to succeed in life. I do not want to do any interpretation on your character as a person but i honestly wonder why Mr. Azeez did not marry you after cohabiting with him for several years, same situation with your baby daddy. You may need to look at yourself in the mirror and ask critical questions. You have never been married and i guess you want to, what you are doing right now will not help you, not sure you will be able to hold any job either. I am just frank with you. On the Molestation, i am with you 100% to pursue it. Justice Court has already told you how to do that, noise and story will not help. Although you told the Judge you did not report to the Police but in your comment on this platform you said you reported, but you did not say what happened after that. Please go back to the Police station, ask them to reopen the case and be charged to court. That is the process. No court will stop a father from seeing his children based on story, if the allegation is true, the court will restrain the father, but the case must be charged to court after police investigation. You have to follow due process. Especially when you said you were right there in the sitting room, and you saw him holding his 3-year-old daughter rubbing his penis right there in your presence. That you did not tell Justice Court though, even though you told the Judge you will still have to report it to the Police for investigation before the Judge can rule on it because it is a criminal allegation, and it comes with jail term. Only God and both of you know who is telling the truth between the two of you.

If it were in the UK or the US, where justice is more in favour of the woman and the children, this man would have been done for.
