Haha depends on your life I guess ☺️ I'm 40, soon turning 41 and 1,5 years ago I started taking salsa dance classes (after a divorce and many years of still married life 😅). I felt equally stiff in the beginning but almost as flexible as the ladies in their 20ies now 😏😅 You can do it, regardless of age, but when busy with kids and work and no dance then of course you get out of moves 😄 But you guys are soo in shape at least, and young at heart 🥰 Lots of love to you both 😘❤️ You are the cutest couple & I hope to one day find myself a new love with whom I can have equally fun with 🥰
