Pickle_Pandaz yeah I would be in that same boat,cause I remember when me and my dad put together my desk in my bedroom and I really HATE doing jobs like that with my dad because I'll do exactly what he wants/tells me to do and then he'll get mad and almost start yelling at me and tells me that I'm doing it wrong,and I'm thinking in my head like "a dad I'm doing it the way you told me to do it I don't know why your getting mad/angry at me" I wish I or anyone else could say something to him but no one can't really say anything to him because he has this sort of (✌🏻️ Air quotes )mental mentality thought process of I'm right I'm right I'm always right I'm always going to be right and even when I'm wrong I'm right😩😮😔 nor I or any one in close (✌🏻️ Air quotes) family can say anything to him cause sooner or later it'll develop into a shouting match,and just if you happen to wonder if you don't know my age(because maybe someone will read this and think "well what does this teen have to really complain about ) I'm in my early 30s.

We live 2 hours away from that same IKEA and went through a similar scenario this past April...furniture for my son's room. My husband had to drive all the way back when he discovered he had the wrong sized cabinet for the drawers. It is a royal pain! Everything now looks great, though. You know we have to see the final product of the bed frame now!

When I bought my bed, the frame was too big to bring upstairs and come around the corners (narrow narrow hallway ugh) and it was super duper late being delivered. I was not happy 😞

I bought a house in Jan and bought their very nice king size bed. Ten days after moving in the thing fell down in the center. :-| Their idea of a support system underneath was some piecing together of a few pieces of wood and plastic. So I went in search of a frame to fit underneath....having never done anything like this IN MY LIFE (my husband handled but he passed a couple years ago). The box said "assembles in ten minutes" but came with ZERO instructions and the YT videos were crap. I put the thing together by zooming in on the photos I found on Google. I've put together computers and assembled server racks and put in hardware. This bed support thing took three hours. True story.

This is relatable on so many levels. My fiancé and I got a tv stand as a gift from his brother. We tried to put it together but it was in a million pieces which was a big red flag. The directions sucked and they didn’t match up with the pictures very well. We both just ended up screaming and I was crying tears of frustration. We eventually gave up and returned it to the store his brother got it from. We told them it was broken so we could get our money back.

I've built buildings, renovated homes and restored cars....but last year at Christmas my best friend bought a 'ping pong table' and i offered to put it together while he was out of town for the night. Woooah!! I called the 1-800 # to ask some questions after discovering it had literally 285 screws alone of seperate sizes??....the nice man in India said, "No Problem....you'll be playing ping pong in 15 minutes", Haha....it literally took me 9 hrs. to put it together. Never again!! And Go Gators!!
