Continuing my review of every ERB so far: Finally. This is where I think ERB truly found their footing. Beat, bars, costumes, and performance are all great. Loved the Smith and Wesson line, and I felt pain when they toppled the piano. In terms of quality, I don’t think this one aged well, but it is by no means bad. We also see the beginnings of the infamous “last-line problem” where the rapper with the final line is declared the winner by the majority of the public, though this battle has a clear winner from the beginning. 6/10

Out of all of the ERB series, I feel like this is the biggest time capsule for me personally. It reminds me of when I first learned about this series through Nicepeter's friendship with Ray William Johnson on one of his vlogs during a pivotal moment in my life as a teenager. It was a gateway into music outside my comfort zone, which was basically just whatever my mom had me grow up with like Bon Jovi and Elton John, and aside from that, mainly video game soundtracks. Virality on the internet meant something completely different back then, and the algorithm was nothing like it is today. 2011 was truly a different time in terms of content. Back then, this was considered viral with over 100K views. Now it has 100 MILLION views. What an amazing journey that this has been to see so many characters portrayed at this point. Sometimes it feels like all the bases have been covered, that ERB has run its course, and then something like Oppenheimer vs Thanos comes out of nowhere. I'm so glad to se this series still alive and well 12 years later... Thank you Peter, Lloyd and ERB team.
