I would suggest bringing the heavy bag down for your GnP. A couple good reasons for using the bag is to develop control with the legs in mount. So your inner thighs are gonna pissed off for awhile. Plus you get to scoot/crawl up and down, get into knee on belly, side control, and practice using only your chest to move around on your opponent. Good for the core. My favorite reason is elbows. With the bag, you can lay into those elbows. I would also suggest using your 7oz grappling gloves for this. There's a bunch of other stuff, but this is enough for now.

some people can (kinda) som, but very few ufc fighters didn't even have a coach until getting to the ufc, sean strickland didn't have a coach he just sparred all day every day basically but now ofc he does have a coach now
