Hard to get backbone here in Tennessee so I use neck bones. Can get those in every store. Make a rich spicy stew that is so good with rice.

I remember watching this as a kid with my papa Billy. And him saying his pasta was done when he could sling it against his fridge and it would stick. Lmao. Ol justin Wilson was a good chef and I use many of his recipes and mainly his sayings today. Don't you worry about that
