Andy, awesome collab. We watched Justine's channel for motivation when we were paying off over $140K consumer debt! I went and looked at the numbers in YNAB, unfortunately only goes back to 2016. Jan 16 we had $44K left, and it took us until Apr/May 2020 to hit zero net worth. We became debt free in July 2021, and the growth since is like a hockey stick. Thanks for sharing your journey and bringing others on to share also. These stories help people who are in the thick of it and can only glimpse the light at the end of the tunnel. Cheers 🍻

Appreciate Justine sharing her story. I’m a GenX’r… but the 2008 “Great Recession” impacted so many of us. Scared the bejesus out of me and made me hyper-aware of how quickly we can lose our sense of safety! It’s really up to us to take the steps to ensure our own security.
