I have to revisit this every so often. My favorite JJ arrangement. Better than the original. Too bad he couldn’t have played it with them.

Nice, never thought a 3 string guitar could sound that good.

Video just popped up on my Facebook. Seen this video so many times. Never tire from this song/video. Great guitar and perfect song combination and of course the incredibly skillful JJ. Great job. Well done. 👍

After a dinner of sourdough biscuits, red beans and chicken, the way Mr. Johnson plays this song makes me want whiskey, good aged Kentucky whiskey, and a sit down on the front porch with my dogs so I can watch the cars in the valley coming up the gravel road. Yep it does.

Niiice! Yeah, Skynyrd compositions and the way they worked the vocal melodies and guitar melodies were top notch, and Ronnies lyrical expression just made them the best Southern Rock band. It was a sad day when their plane crash was reported. Skynyrd Act 2 was just never the same.
