Calling a spade is just calling a spade, I don’t condone shaming people who are struggling with their weight, we can still be sensitive and compassionate towards others but I don’t like political correctness to the point of lying to yourself. If you had a good friend who asked if she was fat areal friend would be straight up and tell her she’s fat and encourage her to lose weight and workout with her if that was aligned with your friends values. If you honestly believe in your standards of fat, then ask yourself if you would want to be in the same shape as her. That would be the real test of your opinion of her body condition.

Tim Yang if I had a friend who asked me if she/ he is fat I would give my honest opinion.. if I think they could benefit by losing couple of pounds I would tell them. But again, as crazy as it may be, if my friend looked like Demi, and did things that she does (going to gym just like her and all that she does there) I still would not think she/ he is fat or that she/ he need to lose weight. The type of training Demi does, I think she is bound to have bigger legs and arms (but maybe thats just in her genes.). As for me, I consider myself a lazy bum. Haha I don't really workout now days and I do have couple of pounds more than I should have. And yes I think I'm fat because I'm not in shape and I don't workout. I don't know how else to explain it, but to me, in my opinion she should not be considered fat. Bulky yes fat/ overweight no. But like I said before I get what you are saying. :)
