I can relate to this a lot. Most of us kids that ran around the streets can relate. When my mom and pops left eachother they both just stopped trying. So me and my brother were left to kind of make decisions for ourselves. You find the love with your friends and older homies. Then you get more involved. Sadly my brother passed away at 19 to gang violence. Changed all of our lives after that.
