That's a very nice idea, but when you're homeless, people come and go. You hang out with whoever seems like a decent enough person and pool resources, but in the end it's every man for himself, especially when there are children involved like in this situation I hope that the younger man will help the older man get ahead though, if he's able to

I just dont understand why people dont or wont help out others in need. I think its because rich people have never seen this side of life and dont understand or just dont care. I am here to tell you now that I was raised poor and I wouldnt have it any other way. It has taught me to be humble and to help a fallen brother out when they are in need. I thank God I am the way I am.. I just wish more people could be caring and help the less fortunate out. Nate, you are doing such a wonderful thing and I am proud and thankful for you!

The most important differences these kinds of videos are making are that people who are watching are learning not to be afraid of making contakt! A lot of human beings love to help, but they do not know how to start it. So they turn their heads, walk by, and feel awful a long time. Here, they see how appreciated help is, and maybe some day they find the courage to start❤❤❤❤our world needs so much more love and love comes back ❤️ ♥️

Start the way he did. Uber Eats or whatever to earn a few extra bucks then use that to help people. But just like oxygen masks on an airplane, make sure you're secure first (and remember you have to pay taxes on what you earn).

I would never think they were homeless. A business owner homeless. At least they have access to a bathroom. Personally if they are paying for the salon, I would try to find a way to sleep there discreetly.

That’s awesome being a nail technician. Some Nursing homes also have a nail tech hairstylist/barber to do nails, wash & set hair & a shave and the family pays you too. Talk to HR ans see if you could come in 1-2 days a week, I’m sure you could make $100-200 a day.

Unable to understand US govt. Housing policy😮 How can these good educated people live whoout shelter? What has happened to rich America? In India at least one can make his own hut for emergency living easily

Can police not give them temporary ID? In Ireland it's called an ML10 form , it's basically a piece of paper with your picture and information on it signed and stamped by the police and it's used as temporary identification so you can get a proper ID. Surely there has to be something similar in the USA? Or the principal of your primary/elementary or secondary school sometimes can also vouch on paper you are John Smith past pupil of this school from X to X year ,born in 1989 etc . Then you go to get your public services card which scan your face and stores it on the system so even if you lose that card just pop into any welfare office and make an appointment with public service card people and they will scan your face and the computer will identify you .

Seems like 2 nice blokes! ❤Those life magazines from 1960s that's so cool 😎 So tuff being on the streets,here in Ireland there is very bad storms and the rain is coming down so hard it hurts when it hits you up the face, flooding tent's. Charitys and people try to help as much as possible but there's so many homeless the services are stretched.

Winter is coming…. Does it get very cold there? I’m in Maine so cold is inevitable and really cold with lord storms every day, snow … And city I’m in had no homeless shelter. One man who is a pastor, bought a building, to help the homeless. But its limited in size. Not enough room for all who need it. And it gets so cold, i just can’t imagine trying to live outside in the freezing cold and snow. It is awful and i can’t imagine it.
