Such a cool video! Glad you had fun! I went to a similar event back in 2015, we played there with my band, and it was epic. I was a Warboy named Sneer. It was so much fun. The city was built upon an old, long unused military bunker system and it creepy AF at night let me tell you that! 😂

Also also, for anyone curious to attend: it isn’t a full LARP. Some people do LARP yes but not everyone does. Money does exist, but only at approved vendors and food vendors Can confirm that it’s some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet And if you want something similar with less heat, check out Neotropolis in the same spot by the same people, but with more Blade Runner and total recall feel

Very cool! I only heard about this event a few weeks ago when I happened upon someone's video from last year. What a great thing to get to go to. Between this and the multi-day event in Canada you went to, which would you recommend for a first-time LARPer? And Buckaroobonzai beat me to your question, 451 has to be a Ray Bradbury reference. 😁 And just as a sidenote, who says that lawmakers never have a sense of humor...the California Penal Code section for the crime of Arson is "451 PC".😆

@@justlanchen it had a tribes name on it… the problem with this is that people who are thinking of going to Wasteland as a 1st year are going to think it’s ok to keep someone’s mail instead of delivering it and then the tribes won’t be receiving important mail, such as their stimulus, which is very important to the tribes at Wasteland.
