Just look at the pre-trib rapture teaching in America. 95% of all professing Christians believe in it, in spite of it being totally false, it contradicts the word of God, Was never taught for 1800 years, and has dozens of logical fallacies within it. So all believers in America believe several false doctrines as there are several false doctrines just in the pretrib-rapture teaching alone. I don’t know what’s worse somebody that teaches the pre-trib rapture, and dispensationalism, that says we will go back to animal sacrifices for sin atonement for 1,000 years or the prosperity preachers. Honestly, I believe those teaching the rapture teaching are a lot more heretical than the prosperity teachers as anybody saying that we’re going back under a sacrificial system has a lot to learn about the Bible and is preaching two gospels. The entire church in america is in bad shape in every denomination.

I frequently listen to a God Fearing pastor out of Australia. He flies to many countries, yet has NO million dollar private jet. The Lord ALWAYS provides a way. This Pastor does not ask for money, and teaches sound doctrine. Brother Peters, you too are one who stands tall in Jesus. Thank you for being true to Jesus and to the word of our LORD. There was a day a few years ago, the HOLY SPIRIT, spoke to me about many of the "teachers" Brother Peters has shown to be false. That day was a time of release and repentance and when I moved, all the false books went into the trash.

My mother was watching a telethon on TV and a preacher said that if you give a certain amount of money God will bless you 100 fold She went to the bank and borrowed that certain amount of money and she sent the money. She waited for the blessing of 100 fold, but it didn't come. She had a financial hardship because of what she did for that ministry. God restores what the canker worm has eaten.

It takes faith to sow seed and it takes faith to stay with the seed sown and it takes faith to bring in the harvest. Faith is hard work. It's not for the lazy, faint hearted or the weak. You have just entered into a battle ( fight the good fight of faith ). The devil doesn't want you to prosper, succeed, increase, enlarged, grow, enjoying devine health etc. The only way you are going to get victory over the devil for anything as a Christian while here on earth is by faith. Not by being good, easy going, taking it easy, timid, faint hearted and lazy. God can't do anything for you without you exercising faith. That's what Jesus meant when He said repeatedly, according to your faith, be it unto you.

This feels a bit like a thinly veiled gloat while his family is freshly grieving, and it is seems antithetical to the love of God. You have not listened intently, and you extrapolate what was not actually saiid. In October he said God “began” in August to give him the word for 2024 and continued in October. You didn’t listen fully. Neither statement contradicts the other. You use this opportunity of his sudden death after 55 years of faithful labor for the Kingdom of God around the world (including on commercial airlines) to slam his wife’s childhood preacher, to criticize other preachers, to apply what other preachers say to Dr. Savelle, to criticize his word given to him by God for 2024 because he didn’t live the whole year (He never said he would; we all hope to live with high productivity and service and work diligently accordingly until God calls us home.) Dr. Savelle was one of the most diligent preachers I know. You are not apparently familiar with his in depth teachings and sermons quoting verse after verse after verse. Your research is thin and therefore your analysis and conclusions are drawn from vain imaginations. Did you mention hospitals he built in Africa? Wells? Schools? No you didn’t. Did you mention hundreds of thousands who have given their hearts to the Lord through his ministries? You were too eager to slander him without knowing him. Discernment requires diligence not conjecture. Jesus taught with stories and quoting scripture. So did Jerry. Seems like a good model. I never heard Jerry Savelle say he was going to live to 120 years old, did you? So why did you imply that he did? Because it and so many other false accusations served your purposes to jump on and slam this faithful preacher after a lifetime of service when his body wasn’t even cold yet. Ps 31:18 “Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.” Blessed are the peacemakers. This wasn’t that. I am sure you are earnest, but this was a big miss and heartless at his family’s expense, in my humble opinion.

I have seen Jerry Savelle preach in person and even went to a ministers conference at his church. Prayed for forgiveness after leaving my church crying tears of grief and shame! I attended a service once where the pastor was telling the congregation that he alone intercedes before the LORD on behalf of his flock. I was going to leave but my wife told me to sit down as it was a family event we were attending. A couple months later, not long after, I recall reading in the papers about that pastor dying a rather horrific death while he was preaching in that church.

My investment representative told me that one of her clients, an older sick lady, gave so much of her funds to James River (the male stripper church) that it put her in a financial bind. The I.R. called the church to try and get some of her funds back. They refused. When I hear some of these preachers talk about God or The Lord, I wonder who is their god? The most terrifying thing would be to meet Jesus and he says "Depart from me, I never knew you".

What a difference! I read the comments posted on this forum about Jerry Savelle passiing, and then I came across another video from a faith based group and their comments about Jerry's passing, the contrast between the two is astounding. One is full of finger pointing, condemning, judging,, accusing (my spirit) felt so grieved (the other) full of love, praise, prayer, glorifying, positive testimonies, and my spirit was encouraged and strengthened. So strong was the contrast in my spirit, I felt compelled to come back to this form and ask this question. How is it (if) the faith based message(name it and claim it group as you call it) is of the devil, it produces so much Joy, hope, enthusiasm, love ,prayer (in those) that hear and support the message of faith? If it is (Satan's message) as taught on this forum yet produces such love, I would think Satan is working against himself. Respectfully, I am (forced to conclude) some deep reflections are in order, and a profound misunderstanding and Injustice has been done (by some) to those who attempt to walk by faith and not by sight. 🙏

Satan often appears as an angel of light to decieve people. The first group is led by a consistent and logical understanding of scripture. They do not allow their emotions to dictate what is true. He leads you away from God and in pursuit of the things of this world, by twisting the scriptures so that the entire time people believe they are in pursuit of God. Not bribing God with money in order to get riches and healing. Giving money to Jerry Savelle, so he can be a millionaire, will not impel God to take anyone out of poverty or heal anyone's body. God never promised that if you blessed a "prophet" He would bless you. This probably sounds judgmental to people. That's fine, the job of the truth is to make those who are wrong feel judged. That is why people get so angry. Truth is a very judgmental thing, that is why people hate it. Those who are prepared to accept what is true are not angered by hearing it. Christ, who is the Truth, judges all things we say and do. If we accept Christ, He will enable us to accept all that is true. The man in this video speaks the truth, without apology. He is a true preacher of the Gospel for he pursues God in order to gain God, not to gain prosperity and healing. Since he pursues God, those things will be added to him, if not in this life than in the next. For the Bible says seek the Kingdom of God, not prosperity and healing.

I don’t follow that crowd, but aren’t you going to the other extreme? Did not God say the Holy Spirit has given several gifts as he will to whom he will when he will? Can I ask you a question, if you don't watch them, then you don't really know what they preached, so why are you grieved for them? Could it be because you believe, what others say about them? How is that different from Gossip? For example: Somebody you worked with, could tell me negative stuff about you, does that make it true? Of course not. And would that be right,them whispering in my ear (bad things) about you, and you not even having a chance defend yourself, not even knowing you've been slandered. How could this be God's will? 1 John 5:16 says if (YOU) see your brother's sin (NOT) if somebody else tells you they sinned. Then 1 John 5:16 goes on to say, (but) if you personally see someone in sin, start a Ministry and pointed it out to everybody. No that's not what it says, it says if (you yourself) see someone sin pray for them and God (will) give them life. THIS IS THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD FOR THE BODY, LOVE ONE ANOTHER, PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER, THAT (WE) MIGHT BE HEALED (JAMES 5:16). I just want to thank you Brother Justin! I grew up in the charismatic church and then had a long falling out from God all together from my teenage years till about 40 years old. I went back to church and joined another charismatic church. This time I asked why about everything and studied and sought truth and met a few people that helped me in the Gospel along the way. I never heard ANYTHING OF CONCERN OR AN APOLOGY from MC or his organization even tho the accident was their fault. To him and his corrupt organization, I was but an expendable pawn, I "rear viewed" him and never looked back!!! The Lord knows this is TRUE. Much later in life, I became a spirit-filled pastor, combat chaplain in Vietnam and Cambodia. I made sure that the ministries God, by His grace, presented me were loyal to Jesus Christ, free of graft, lies, and corruption. I didn't live in a lavish house, flew coach, drove an old car, and even took a 2nd job, when needed, if a church I pastored was too poor to support me. Are you serious? He did not say August at all he said the message was given to him and that it began in August! He didn’t say he got it all in August he said it began in August! He’s also not saying God gave me this in an audible voice but when God impresses something on you it is a loud thought that can only come from God! I do not understand why people condemn the word of faith. It is biblical, everything we get from the Lord is through faith, we believe by faith for our salvation, we are healed by faith, in the beginning God SPOKE the world and everything in it into existence. We speak life and everything God says is ours in His word, our walk with Jesus, if your walking with Jesus that is, is by faith. Miracles happen because of our faith, Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead by speaking it. God's word says we are to call those things that be not as though they were. Yes, Jesus healed and brought people back to life as He did through the apostles in their ministries. And I don’t know everyone who has been used by God for His miracles. Be determined to trust Him, asking that He keeps you from error. He truly is a wonderful friend that sticks closer than a brother, and a faithful Comforter.

How duped can you be? And I say this in love, because I don't know you and I can only pray that you are truly saved. Perhaps you are forgetting all those Bible verses that exhort us to call out false teachers and false prophets. God bless all His faithful servants who have the grace to do that! Of course God will judge all souls eventually but that's not to say we should keep quiet when we hear false teachings and see millions of people being deceived and being led to hell. Do you not care about those souls? Perhaps you care more about your idol Jerry Savelle?

Let Jerry rest in peace.He might have made mistakes and some extremes but He preached Jesus as savior and grew man lives in christ including myself who stays in Africa. Talking about sin everyday is also mon profiting.i love Jerry great teacher of the world as much as I love you brother.we all make mistakes and extremes but God is patient and he loves us all.what I like with the likes of Jerry and Copeland,no adultery no serving foreign God's.but emphasizes having faith in God ,which I don't consider sinning but it keeps us going on.
