I visited to Hogans in Mexico back when I was a new Christian. It was a mission trip. I begged to go home and they drove me to the airport. I was scared. He knew I was not falling for it. He stared at me with evil eyes. What a memory. I kissed the ground when I got home. He is nutz. His family is too. Brainwashed. They lie. Those people in the jungle are scared to death of him.

I know what your talking about I also encountered these demonic people 2 ministers and a real devil evil medical physician that ended up killing one of his young patients he paid huge money through courts wrongful death. They downplay God’s holiness and wrath against sin. Also, they tell a little lie here and there then they can stand to tell big whoppers later, having their consciences seared. It is good that Justin tried to talk some sense into them at the end and warned them. I pray that the Holy Spirit carry his words into their hearts and prick their consciences and cause them to be born again and stop playing their games. If they feel convicted, then they can accept the Gospel and then stop leading professing believers deeper and deeper into error and farther from the true biblical faith.

David Hogan came to the church I used to attend. He was so puffed up with pride and full of crazy stories. Even more astonishing was how awe struck my fellow church members were. My pastor refused to listen to my concerns and scolded me for doubting this crazy man. Hogan is the reason I left the charismatic movement…so I am actually grateful.

I saw a blind lady healed by Jesus after a church service a few years ago after being prayed for by someone that wasn't the preacher. It was amazing and emotional. She facetimed her son after being healed, to which her son responded "they're just trying to get your money". That's just about the standard when it comes to hearing about miracles. Even if people want to believe it, they won't.

Greetings from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 Thank you Justin. So glad someone has finally done an expose on David Hogan. He has actually been talked about for a number of years and I heard about him when I was in the charismatic community. Heard all about the dead raising too. Recently I listened to some of his "preaching" and he is terrible. Full of personal anecdotes or made up stories one after another and he adds a twist of scripture lemon for seasoning. One of the worst parts is that he seemingly spits whilst he articulates about his gruff personality, highlighting his "difference" compared to other "preachers" that "don't do" what he does. I've NEVER once heard him articulate the gospel. The stories include him saying that the CIA or FBI or the pentegon needed his help. Hilariously ridiculous to the extreme and the charismatics eat it up like it's all true. Hopefully more people will do this kind of critical analysis of his claims and he can be exposed for his lies.

March 29,2010 I suffered a cardiac arrest that left me dead no oxygen to my brain for over 16 minutes and no heartbeat for over 28 minutes while in the hospital on life support medi cal would no longer cover me on life support so as the doctors began to “pull the plug” GOD BREATHED LIFE BACK INTO ME , GOD CAUSED MY HEART TO BEAT ON ITS OWN AND MY LUNGS BEGAN TO SHOW ACTIVITY. Although it is very crucial to call out heresy and false prophets to protect the flock, we must never disqualify the wonderful Lord Jesus Christ by the power of His Name and precious blood from doing the "impossible" through his church of believers today by the power and Person of the Holy Spirit. There must be a Berean balance of examining ourselves and the claims of others in light of God's written Word. We need the gifts if the Holy Spirit more than ever, but we also need the fruits of the Holy Spirit in meekness, holiness of character and humility coupled with the evidence of FAITH in boldness to do mighty exploits for the King of Kings and Lord of Lord's in these last days. I love the baptists and appreciate alot of Justin Peters' expose on scriptural and spiritual abuse. I pray that Jesus heals Justin completely in this life just in case he is a cessationalist. The Baptists are wonderful at getting people saved through JUSTIFICATION through faith in Christ at the cross of Calvary. However and sadly, most won't dare to believe the Holy Spirit to take them further in His gifts and service through SANCTIFICATION and ultimately GLORIFICATION where we are so surrendered to having Christ formed in us that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE (yes, even raising the dead)and the Holy Spirit can glorify Jesus in our lives to win the hardest of hearts into God's kingdom. Going to battle in the Lord's army without the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit is like a marine being issued a rifle with no bullets and being sent out to the front lines. As an analogy the gun is the gospel and the bullets are the FIREPOWER OF THE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!!! It is certainly wise to dare to believe God for the impossible and be accused of being a "sensationalist" or a " hypercharismaniac". Having "reckless faith and abandonment in Him" is scriptural. Without faith it is impossible to please him and when Jesus says "come", we need to be like Peter in faith and obedience. It's hard to jump out of the boat without also rocking it as others in the boat or on the shore may marvel or object either out of righteous concern or outright envy. It is certainly true that God is very angry about potential exaggerations and hype that can go on in many charismatic churches. It is vital that there are checks and balances of accountability in light of God's written word. However, the LIVING WORD IS ALIVE AND WELL TODAY AND WILL NOT LET THE DEVIL BE OUTDONE IN THESE LAST DAYS. THE GREAT I AM DIDN'T ALLOW MOSES TO BE OUTDONE BY JANNES AND JAMBRES IN FRONT OF PHAROAH!!! Is it better to at least give Him a chance to do the impossible through us and jump out out of the boat and said we at the very least tried than to do nothing at all and be remembered as unbelieving cowards? We must trust in the covering of His precious blood as we step out in FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE although the devil will try to trip us up with deception and discouragement. Yes, some are deceived and are deceivers and should be sternly rebuked and warned about. However, some cessationalists will call a charismatic a deceiving deceiver no matter what they do or don't do even if they are pleasing in God's sight. As Paul did with Timothy, we are to stir up the gifts of the Holy Spirit in each other. To discourage that in any church or denomination is an insult to the Lord and grieves His Spirit. We as believers are not to follow miracles, signs and wonders. However, miracles, signs and wonders are supposed to follow believers as they follow Jesus FIRST AND FOREMOST. Is it possible that God is just as angry with charismatic critics who are probably mostly Baptist cessationalists who refuse to believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit thus enabling Jesus to do His utmost through His modern church? In closing, the scandals plaguing the charismatic churches today remind me of the movie A LEAP OF FAITH starring Steve Martin. It highlighted the charlatan antics which can flow in meetings with false preachers and false prophets. It also depicts how heartbroken and disillusioned victims who really want and need a true miracle and move of God and the Holy Spirit can be so hurt by deception that they are tempted to run away from God and never come back. Fortunately, in the midst of all of this, Jesus showed up for real and healed a crippled boy in a wheelchair during a tent revival. The charlatan preacher (played by Steve Martin) was humble and righteous enough to realize in " shock and disbelief" that Jesus, the Genuine Article, was the true source of the undeniable miracle. It is my prayer that Jesus, the Genuine Article, will touch and heal Justin Peters along with many others in a permanent, organic and undeniable way!!! May this happen to those dear Baptists and many others in such a clear and powerful way that there will be a cessation of all cessationalist doctrine and that the Name of Jesus would be glorified, honored and magnified!!! I went from the chaos of services that looked like pro wrestling matches with speaking in tongues out of order, no interprer to a Biblical knowledge and understanding of the true doctrine of the precious Gospel of our thrice Holy Master, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Listen, i still believe God heals, and i know for fact he answers prayers that sometimes ends in healings still today. That said, the signs and wonders of the apostles do not happen and have not for two millinum. In the apostolic epoch, a special unleashing of Gods miraculous restorative powers was allowed to be used by mere men and was obedient to those mens will even. I now understand this was allowed to kick start the Gospel. I believe there is even a prophecy in the Old Testament that says when the speaking of other languages happens, it's a sign of the Christ arriving. Anyway, im now a cessationist, and know in my spirit it's the correct point of view on this subject. Now i don't know how Justin believes on the power of the spirit being poured upon all flesh 8n the final days, but i believe it will return. Also i believe in that day believers will even do grater works!! Either way i wish i could give this Godly man a hug. This man is a wealth of Biblical knowledge and a spiritual power house for the living God. I would love to meet him at this age. I will be looking for him in glory for sure

I once asked a buddy of mine who was going to a not-so-good church... "Have you ever met anyone who was raised from the dead?" His response: "No, but I know people who have raised others from the dead". You can find many people who claim to have raised someone from the dead, but no one who has been raised comes forward. On top of that, the theological security of anyone who believes they or someone they know has raised anyone is a few steps away from apostasy. I see no coincidence here.

I am grateful that we have men of God who will stand firm in the word and expose the darkness, the lies, the heresies of these false preachers, false apostles, false prophets (especially when it come to exposing Mormonism and their Polytheism doctrine and occult practices they perform in their temples). L. Osborn, Frederick K. C. Price, E. W. Kenyon, etc. I was on staff of my Word of Faith church. I can tell you that everything they teach is a perversion of scripture. And all their stories of the miraculous are, as Peter said, “cunningly devised fables.” You can’t believe a word they say. If you are following them, please read the book that I read which opened my eyes, “A Different Gospel”, by D. R. McConnell, or continue to watch Justin. Jesse DuPlantis is indeed one of the biggest frauds. Here’s my rule of thumb. If Jesus and the apostles didn’t say or preach what they say and preach, it can’t be true. Neither Jesus nor the apostles preached to the crowds, that they can get their healing or prosperity by faith filled confession. None of them taught or practiced it in the gospels or Acts. Nor did they teach that we are “gods”, or “equal with God”, or that we are “the word incarnate”. Nor did they preach to the crowds, nor practice, “I AM affirmations”, such as Joel Osteen preaches. If you can’t find Jesus and the apostles practicing it or preaching it to the crowds, then it’s a false teaching. I am embarrassed to admit that I brought my newborn daughter to one of his meetings in Houston. She was born with a rare genetic disease, a very painful type of brittle bone disease. She was not diagnosed until after birth. I was desperate, and my friend told me he was going to be in town. This was in early 2015. He claimed that his team had raised 500 people from the dead back then. His lies have not changed. He prayed for my daughter and prayed for her baby blanket. I believed she would be healed. Nothing happened, no one was healed that night.
