You do know that oats are not GF unless you buy certified oats. (it has to do with the fields they are grown in and the processing...) The cookies look great though! (but they're not GF)

Agree!! Most people don't stop to think that oats aren't GF unless you are buying certified GF oats. Cross contamination is a real problem for people, especially if they have celiac!!

Looks so darned good! I love big gooey cookies! A meal in a cookie for me! I just went from 400 l s to 265 so far! I eat everything, just count calories and I transcript recipes into calories too! Girl. Those cookies look so amazing. I'm not a peanut butter fan at all. Is thier another ingredient I can use besides peanut butter or Nutella? Bc ? My family would adore these cookies. Just make sure you have certified GF oats, otherwise you can't guarantee they are GF. They are easily contaminated by how they are grown/processed.

Did you grease them pans or use parchment paper? I usually use a silicone mat or my stoneware. Them pans look like aluminum and my cookies will probably stick to them. TIA.
