How to use gear with clutch in simple steps : 1. Start the engine ( note : gear should be neutral) 2. Apply clutch and accelerate ( don't leave the clutch , be accelerating till 3000rpm) change the gear to 1 and leave the clutch slowly , simultaneously apply the acceleration and ur good to go. 3.Change the gears to different level and enjoy. ( Always keep the gear to 1 or 2 while climbing hills). How to drive an automatic gearbox : 1. Know the alphabet - D , P , S , N & R . 2. D stand for - drive , P - park , S - sport , N - neutral & R - reverse. 3. Always start the engine with neutral gear on. Switch to D for driving , L for low gear ( no transmission shift in L ) , P while parking and S for more power while climbing steep roads. All the best.

@mhnoni6 жыл бұрын
Comment section is so ignorant, they are judging kid for not knowing how to use shift once his dad installed it for him in 5 min. i 'm sure 90% of these people don't even use manual gear in real life and the rest 10 % learned it in days or months so stop judging a kid for not knowing how to use manual gear.
@kiel93426 жыл бұрын
It's not the kid that annoyed me, it was the dad. If he's going to teach the kid manual, do it properly. Don't just give him a half assed explanation of how to count the gears.

Logitech should provision a connection between pedal and gear shifters, so that without pressing clutch there would be no impact on shifting gears. That would make it more realistic and help in learning the basics.

In a racecar where clutch is not neccessary or on fast sweeping corners, left foot braking is a proven technique that allows smoother and faster transitions from braking to accelerating.
