I've been playing FSX for about 2 weeks straight and it's amazing how much just a little bit of time on a flight sim gets you familiar with what a lot of those buttons do. No, I'm not trying to say I'm a pilot now. Just saying, 3 weeks ago I would have looked at this video and been baffled by everything I see him doing but now I'm baffled by about 15% less.

Better from yoke to stick than vice versa :D My first cockpit seat was the A319 and loved the sidestick. However also to the space in front of me. Then when I changed to another airline I transferred to the MD-11 and once again since the Cessna time during my initial flight training I had to fiddle with the yoke. :D I surely didn't miss it on the Airbus. Now, flying the 777 and 787, I'm happy to have FBW but still need to forget the benefits of the sidestick :D

a few years ago i've been developing some diy project with telemetry desktop for Euro truck simulator powered by arduino. It includes dashbord panel and a few switchers. And this seemed to look hard to creat...Haha. There we have not only switchers and bottons, but displays with realisticly designed interfaces. Looks awesome
