Aata will not ferment ...if you want to use aata there are many recipes made up of jowar aata I had posted. And I will post jowar dosa too now

Hlo shraddha aj first time tumahri vidio dekhi or dekhti hi ja rahi hu tum pehly kaha thi or jowar bhigo ker ya jowar k atta se bn jayega kya or yes to atta mi poha dalna hi ya nhi kitni sari vidio dekh li sab very nice bahut badiya hi thanks beta god bless you you are very cute

Jowar aate se ye dosa aise nahi banega kyoki natural fermentation nahi ho sakta...for aapko eno ya soda dalna padega which is not healthy...taste bhi alag hoga. Aap poha skip kar sakte ho....poha fermentation aur softness ke liye dalte hai

It is difficult to ferment atta with coconut

Hi. Can i use this fermentation trick as a replacement for your bhakri recipe? Will avoid cooking & rolling the floor & dough. Plus perhaps the fermented batter could be stored for a couple of days? Will it ferment without poha?

It is fermented flouur...so should not eat everyday.....jowar roti is very easy to make n for digestion too

Difficult to to ferment it....you have to use eno for that..and texture and test will be different

At every region , pronunciation changes. If you have seen in many videos , it pronunciates as D in dog. But I will keep your suggestion ☺️
