If actuator’s for a duramax are anything like holset actuators for Cummins you need to recalibrate the actuator. Essentially your actuator is either not fully applying the brake or is gonna default to fully open and throw codes. If you run it long enough without calibration it may go bad on you. Just my 2 cents from experience with holset he300.

Going to ask a couple questions so bare with me. Does the Pulsar & Edge insight help relearn or reflash the system for the new turbo? or what does? Whos the tuner? or what system to you have that you have to reach out to a tuner for every change?
