Unfortunately, I have been served a piece of humble pie on this subject. In high school, I was a solid player. 6-1, 220 Lbs, and I scored 22 ppg for my high school my senior year. Unfortunate circumstances led me down a different path in life and basketball was no longer my future. Now, post high school years, I was able to play against some pros and future pros in 5v5 pick up games. Guys like Michael Frazier, Kevin Martin, and Omri Casspi. One day, I was feeling myself and decided to challenge Omri Casspi 1v1. To those who do not know, Omri Casspi was the first Iran player to be drafted in the first round of the NBA. He got paid millions to play this sport that I don’t get paid at all and decided to challenge him…… he cooked me alive. I could not stop the bomb from raining on my head from 3. It was as if he took my challenge personal and decided to give me the biggest piece of humble pie EVER. That day… Omri Casspi was the Iranian Jordan. And he made me realize that even the player on the end of the bench of ANY NBA or even G-League team, will torch any of us average joes that think we can do better. So for all of us, our families are doomed.

It’s weird how people seem to fail to understand that there’s 300 people in the NBA and like 1k of them in the G league. But to get in the G league and the end of a bench in NBA you need to be the best of the best in highschool and utterly dominate and then shit on Almost all college teams in university and somehow beat all the other college basketball athletes and do better than all of them just to make a name for yourself for a G league team to pick you up and then you somehow need to ball out against the same kids that demolished every college athlete like a Tuesday lunch and do that consistently day in and day out to even have a single chance to see the NBA court which are full of the best of those g league “scrubs” and Demi gods. @@redtapeleveneleven Magic is the GOAT PG no doubt but if I’m picking an all time team I have to have Steph for the spacing and shooting. Magic’s only real flaw is what Steph is easily the best ever at. Steph HAS to be guarded the moment he steps over the half court line and that give the rest of your team a ridiculous amount of space to work with he makes it impossible for teams to play zone defense or slack off him in the slightest. Also the made his teammates all-stars is a stretch, he was playing with Big Game James and Kareem not Draymond Green 😂

Here's a take: I truly believe Steph curry is the single most adaptable and dynamic superstar teammate EVER. emphasis on teammate. As a shooter, he has a place in virtually any elite offensive scheme with pretty much any star teammate you could think of. If we were to use him in his simplest form, setting screens and shooting off actions, he'd still be all time dangerous without needing to dominate the ball. And he doesn't have the ego of necessarily needing the ball all the time, he's fine working with a better pure talent. He's a high IQ defender for your team, promotes a winning culture, and just having him on the court changes literally every defensive scheme you could think of.

Honestly the biggest issue with criticisms toward LeBron is the fact that he's practically a 40-year old man at this point. 2018-2022 LeBron doesn't look like he has a "bag" because he's not the same player he was at 25 or 30 years old. He exerts much less effort nowadays and still manages to average 25+ points. But if you look back at prime LeBron the dude was a menace on the both the offensive and defensive ends
