सामग्रीहरू
प्याज - 2
टमाटर - 3
लसुन - पूर्ण
अदुवा - तीस ग्राम
खोर्सानी - २ पूर्ण
धनिया - सौ ग्राम
धनिया, जीरा, धनियाको दाना- प्रत्येक तीस ग्राम
नुन र कागती - तपाईलाई मन पर्ने स्वाद
Ingredients
Onion - 2
Tomato - 3
Garlic - 1 clove
Ginger - 30gm
Chilli - 2 whole
Coriander - 100gm
Coriander, cumin, sesame seeds - 30gm each
Salt & Lemon - taste as you like
विधिहरू
-सबै तरकारीहरू काट्नुहोस्
-सबै तरकारीहरू पकाउनुहोस्
-धनिया, जीरा, तिलको दाना भुट्नु होस
-सबै तरकारीहरू र बीज मिश्रण गर्नुहोस्
-मिश्रण राम्रो हुनु पर्छ
-तपाईंलाई मन परे जस्तो निम्बूको रस र नुन थप्नुहोस्
-अब यो तयार छ |
Methods
-Chop all the vegetables.
-Cook all the vegetables.
-Fry coriander, cumin, sesame seeds.
-Blend all the vegetables & seeds.
-blend it until it become smooth.
-Add lemon juice & salt as you like or need.
-Now it is ready.
