Kölsch Recipe Taste Testing [ The Beer Junkies Collaboration: Part 2 ]

This video is part of a collaboration brewing series with a fellow BrewTuber, The Beer Junkies. We compare a Kolsch recipe he developed that was brewed on both a 7 BBLl Commercial Brewhouse system and a DIY 10 gallon Electric Herms Homebrew system to see if his recipe can be successfully scaled down to a Home brew level.
Brady, from the Beer Junkies, answered questions I had from my Kolsch Brew day on measuring salts for RO(Reverse Osmosis) water and how he mixes in salts on a 7bbl system.
Brady also shared resources he used including a software called Beer Smith for recipe development and a free tool for calculating water profiles.
