In the last of the EG K-SWAP vids we take it out for a rip and test that nothing break, it was ALMOST successful.

The strangest thing for me was seeing those old Devon roads!!

@@RJDMaskell well........... This is Devon we're talking about. But in all seriousness the roads here are absolutely appalling. Just ride from Lima the capital city to mankara 11 hours riding and it was constant pothole avoiding! Oh hey we do have cool call build scene no kidding most stuff is from China special parts Chinese turbos Chinese wheels anything you can think of all in Chinese they have Toyota Corollas 26 years old with massive turbos on them as taxis ! But the turbos don't come in till about 5k so all of a sudden you think the engine is blowing up but it's actually the front wheel spinning !

It’s a k20a from an ep3 type-R the wheels are Temporary just to get it on the road and are XXR but I can’t remember the model. That sounds is definitely addictive 😂

I'm also keeping interior mainly OE. Might upgrade steering wheel only.

@@charliekim577 the no cut shifter and nice OE+ wheel is the best way to go. I would advise getting trim felt to go around all the door cards and trims as the k20 vibrates the 30 year old interior a lot 😂

@@RJDMaskell absolutely. I have the hybrid racing no cut shifter along with replica type r wheels. Yes, I understand about the rattling. Trying to minimize by adding sound dampening material in headliner and under new carpet. Can’t wait!!!

Hey, what engine mounts did you use? I have poly mounts in my Dc1 and it shakes the whole car awfully.

It’s on Hasport mounts but it’s their street mount not the race mount so it’s slightly better for a road car. It still vibrates the car quite a bit but that is just because the interior trims are so old 😂
