Pandey, please do not assume things. Let the EC answer. Assuming makes things worse for everyone. This many huge number of voters' names cannot vanish. How can some members of the same family have been deleted why others can find their names. It is a gross mistake and EC only should answer.

One may say voters should have been vigilant. That does not absolved EC from their responsibility. They are accountable for the process. They should have a person who owns the deletion of each record, and a reason for every such deletion. Since there is an allegation of large scale abuse of the system, an open and transparent investigation should be done at the earliest. Errors will be statistically small. Delieberate deletions would be statistically large. Determine these typical and abnormal changes. Hold every one in the system accountable.

சாதாரண மக்கள் வாக்காளர் பட்டியல் சரிபார்ப்பது என்பது சாத்தியமே இல்லை. பெயர் நீக்கப்படும் வாய்ப்பு இல்லாத எனது குடும்பத்தில் 3 ஓட்டுகள் நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. திட்டமிட்டு நீக்கியிருக்க வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. கடந்த ஜனவரியில் நீக்கியுள்ளார்கள். ஆதார் அட்டையை வாக்காளர் அட்டையுடன் இணைக்க வேண்டும். இது பிரச்சினையைத் தீர்க்க உதவும்.

Pandey is wrong. You can't blame people for checking. This is called trust because they vote several times for people to trust the government. Are you saying we can't Trust the government? Why can't India vote from anywhere in the booth? Voting machines may not help in different locations, but they must be intuitive. There are solutions to fix it. It is not a good idea for every individual to check every time. If they remove anyone who needs concern from Individuals, not officials, there starts corruption. Death registration (cremation or burial) should have their identity and will be automatically removed from voting or Adhar or from becoming a citizen of other countries (You should have the record of passport cancellation). The problem in India is that Government officials need to be appropriately punished. For example, if they flip their statement in court, they should be punished. Then, Government officials won't sign under pressure. They will be held accountable. Same for the Police (Wrong/inappropriate filing of case).

Some reply of Pandey are foolish. In a family of 4 members, one name is missing. How is it possible?. The name of deceased is continuing in the list. Without applying for change / deletion, how is it possible?. This is not negligence of voters. It is purely planned conspiracy of a particular party. The field workers were used by that party. The names of the voter upto December 23, deleted in January 24. Again and again, I confirm this is not mistake / negligence of public. Mr. Pandey, understand this.

Mr.pandey this is not patimantram to speak as you like,with out any logic. In e every taluk office there is a election section headed by a Election thasildhar , his duty is to prepare, rectify, include,& delete as per the voter's wish that too by a prescribed format .each & every format is scrutanised then only inclusion , deletion , are done. Election thasildhar maintaince records , I am voter with voter id card valid for my life time. I never asked any one to delete nor change my address ,then who deleted my name from voter list without my consent , As per your logic , I should not only check wherher my name is in the voter list, & as well as check my Adhar card is faked or not as both are life - time cards / 365 days A few deletion here & there can be excused ,but for a larger deletion as like this throught -out the state cannot be excused , it is a meticulously planned tampering with the voters list to serve someones needs . The C.E.O. of tamilnadu with all the powers vested with him , first of all should have accepeted that that large manipulation had happend in 2024 voter list. First of all this C.E.O. must have faith in Democracy, Some other C.E.O. in his place would have made alternative arrangements to up hold democracy . by instructing all the R.O s,& the booth level officers to take into consideration 2019 voters list as a adittional document. all along with the previous documents listed by E.C. for 2024 parliment election. exclusively for deleted voters verification & confirmation, with a self attested letter of oath for non- bogus voter and asked the voter to cast his vote in true spirit of democracy. we want our democracy to last more than 1000 years . I don't think with these type of officials my democracy can last for. 20 yrs.
