I fryed my hair with to mich bleach i couldnt even run my fingers through my hair after one treatment, I can feel the difference. I feel stupid because I chopped some of my hair, including the front, which wasn’t even burned now have bangs and I don’t know what to do with them. They are pretty long. I don’t wanna keep my hair since this product worked so good thank God

Hi, I have to use a hair color nutrient mask. The correct way would be: clarifying shampoo, k18 and after 4 minutes applying my colour nutrient mask without rinsing the k18. Should I rinse everything at the end ? What do you suggest me? :) I am referring to the leave-in

Hey Craig. I have purchased the Detox shampoo, the spray mist and the mask. How would I apply it if I were to do it as a stand alone treatment in the salon without doing a color or bleach process, just a treatment to do with a blowdry? On the mist packaging it looks like the mist goes first, then after 4 minutes the detox shampoo and then the mask 4 minutes and blowdry?

It is a pro product, you must have perhaps bought it from a re-seller…? K18 only sell the most to hair stylists. As I mention in the videos, the mist and mask do the SAME thing, they are just a different way of getting the peptide into the hair.

@@theworldofcraig my sister wants to try K18 for her severly damaged hair. Her hair is virgin but is retired in South America and the water is very hard. She bought a filter and now needs the Detox Shampoo, Mask and Oil to start the routine. She recently found out that the company K18 was bought by Unilever which is a horrible company. When she needed help the Manager in email support told her that there were only 2 employees in support for the whole company. This manager was very hard to deal with and even canceled her subscription and had to fix it. Maybe she is overworked. My sister could never get an answer to her question on how to find MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS and had to figure it out on her own as this manager seemed to have no clue what their own website on an android phone looked like. Hopefully things will run smoother now. Right now she is using Epres, Redken Acidic Bonding Treatment and the things AbbyYung on KZbin and Instagram recommends but yesterday told me that she blunt cut 7 inches off of her hair because it was so damaged and uneven. Her hair was near her tailbone before the cut but uneven and broken. She wants to cry. Hopefully it will grown better this time but she is 67 and wants to give up

The Molecular Mask and Detox shampoo would great for you to use at home. The K18 spray is pro use only - it does the same as the mask (exactly the same) but it’s just a different “delivery” system for use prior to chemical services. After 4 minutes the repair is done, the same with the mask. For example - you can apply the mask after shampooing, wait 4 minutes, then condition over the top if your hair type needs it. The routine featured in the video is K18’s guidelines for a full in-salon treatment, for the most repair but you can use the line however you wish - as long as you remember the 4 minutes for repair.

Hi Christopher Thanks for watching…great question. There’s no need to spray the hair with water before using the chelator - and it provides the moisture the Molecular Mist requires to penetrate the hair.
