Hi Margaret, I’m afraid I can’t help with that, I didn’t like Chromatics. If Inoa is still made that will be very similar.

My hair was dark brown. The salon lifted my hair 2-3 levels and highlighted it. I think the highlights look brassy orange. I want it toned down a little. I’m warm, but I don’t want cool (ash). What can I do?

My hair is naturally black with grey, I have been using box dye on my hair for years. Then one day, I decided to go lighter gradually, each time I visit my stylist, I spend 280.00 every 4-5 week and retouch is 180. I ask to go slight darker but each time I was given an ash toner which fades every 4 week. I hate the brassy tone, which I was using purple blue shampoo. It was too much work, brassy and aweful not to mention the maintenance and hair care product. I went back to my natural dark hair and I spend about 15 buck every 5 weeks for a retouch. Big saving and hair looks super healthy

It’s not so much the product as how you use it - all the longer form video on here shows you how. I use the Wella bleach line - Blondor

I enjoyed the video, thank you! I'd appreciate it if you could share your opinion on applying toner. Is it best to apply the toner on completely clean hair, or could it be conditioned with rinse-off or leave-in conditioner the day before the application? I have Shades EQ toners.

That’s great, thanks for watching. I always apply SEQG to have that’s dry - it doesn’t matter if it’s a few days dirty or clean…or if there is minimal product in the hair. If it’s 10 days old with coconut oil in, it’s needs to be shampooed and dried first. Dry hair gives maximum deposit - all those questions are answered in the videos in my SEQG playlist on here

Thanks! It’s a soft copper/gold level 6. It won’t look the same over highlights, they will be lighter and more vibrant.

For the K18 mask, I got 7 uses out of the mini bottle. Which was very surprising to me because I have very dense, coily, bleached hair. I was expecting maybe 3 uses.

Yes please on the gift sets, skin and or hair 😊 / For favorite hair products from the drugstore - Pantene Volume Shampoo ( the clear one ) as a once a week or so clarifying shampoo, Dove Intensive Repair shampoo and Conditioner, Pantene Rescue ( gold packaging ) for a deep conditioner, L'Oreal 8 Second Wonder Water....
