Can you please create a video on how to colour eyebrows? its easy to make them darker but how do we lighten eyebrows without making them orange or brassy? how should we tone them?

That wouldn’t be something I’d create around, lightening brows can be really tricky and comes with lots of potential hazards.

You definitely cannot get a good root touch up at home. It's not the dye, but application. I done it myself for years, then started going to salon and was 100 better. Looked amazing and no missed hits you can't see. Never going back to boxes. ❤❤

I disagree but application does play a huge part in the result. Not everyone (for many reasons, not just money) can get to the salon. Thanks for watching.

But the weights and measurements must be consistent. The apples and pears need to weigh the same. If you are using a scoop you need to know if that scoop needs to be a level scoop.

Of course - I’m using that as a very simple/general example…and they are emojis, so they are the same, ha. People find ratios very confusing, so let’s not overthink it.

@ that’s the problem. There are way too many people who don’t grasp the accuracy. If they did you wouldn’t have to try to simplify it. The inaccuracy is why people cock it up

Impossible for me to help with specifics remotely, there are many factors and colour is subjective…

I’ve been TikTok researching I’ve heard use a L’Oréal ash blond does lift the black to brown But I also fell in love with this tiktokers video saying she used garnier mohagony brown. Also if I dye my brows the same color do I leave it on for shorter time ?

I’ve answered your other comment - I would suggest using hair color theory (lots in a playlist here on my channel) over Tik Tok for your research, there’s a lot of misinformation out there.

The most obvious lack of diversity- not one man on the cover. Don’t men colour their hair too, or do they only use Grecian 2000 😁

I find that most ‘Sulfate - Free’ cleansers don’t leave my hair feeling clean but a little coated or ‘sticky’ I like my hair to feel clean. Also, most non-sulfate surfactants have a naturally higher pH level (as much as pH 9 - 11) so they require more buffers and pH adjusting agents and can cause more swelling of the hair fiber leading to cuticle lifting increased porosity and hygral fatigue.

RedKen (old spelling) had ppt-s77®️ a product that contained a large amount of protein that could be used as a reconstructor or as an additive (loved it). They also had pHinal pHase®️ a Low pH conditioning rinse that I LOVED. I can lift my hair from Dark Blonde to Baby Blonde (almost white) with 10 Vol. and Clairol Born Blonde Oil Lightener.

I cannot in good conscience use the Color removers that require 5 minutes of rinsing two times. That to me is a tremendous waste of water.

That chart is wrong though, all the colors are pale except 1 and 2.... I'm a 5 and on this chart I can't be more than 2. Also, this video is useless if someone doesn't want to cancel tones/have neutral...

The chart is not “wrong” - we all see colour differently but it’s a universal system used by all hair colourists. Toning down warmth is the process I get most questions in and as my channel is about helping all folks have great hair… There are also videos on creating warm results. Thanks for watching.
