Thin piece of sheet copper, cut hole, make a "crush washer" for that oil cap- turn down tight, till K lines up. What don't you like about the vc dress up kit? I think its very nice. I would either get a shorter belt (they're measured in mm BTW) or cut down that ridiculously long adjusting screw- which actually looks easier, since those pulleys are close now. I haven't watched the "build" series yet, but that is a beautiful engine.
