K8 Installation to Standard Faucet with Included Diverter and a Pre-Filter

This video is so helpful! I am going to MAUI so I did a water analysis via the Ion Faucet website...purchased the TWO filters they recommended for MAUI, plus a two stage filter system. I set the K8 up to my own bathroom faucet first to practice. It works!! I have a separate suitcase for my K8 and the filtration system. I am taking a few extra connectors for the stainless steel inverter to make sure I have the right one for the faucet at the MAUI condo. BTW, a lot of the kitchen faucets are complicated and don't work with most inverters. Most bathroom faucets are a lot easier to connect the Kangen. I have taken my K8 to Turks & Caicos as well but I have never used the pre-filters so, again, this video is very helpful. And, best part...I never have to purchase water and lug it to my hotel or condo, and when I fill a Kangen water bag and take it out to the pool or beach with me, people ask me about the water all the time. Give it a try!! 😊

If you take the Ultra E filter completely apart, is there a loose, little ball at the end/start of either of the hoses? I'm trying to put mine back together, but the person who took it apart wasn't specific about where the little ball should go. Help. thanks.

Is there a way to install the 3 stage pre-filter so that it filters both the kitchen faucet water and the k8?

Love the video, it worked out great for my old place however I just moved to a new home in Los Angeles where it’s a spray pull down faucet. Is there any videos that you can do to demonstrate that or know anyone who does installations in the area??

Michaelangelo Medina Some pull outs can have a fitting that connects the diverted in the middle of the pull out. Others are a plastic and it’s hard to get one to fit. @@shamasf I personally use a 3 stage as well. I was only using a single in this particular video. It would hook up he same. I have another video on my channel that is my 3 stage hook up. You don’t have to go with their recommendations, whatever you’d like to filter out.
