@@waterwomanofscv8605 my k8 came with the electrolysis tank already installed and I didn’t pay attention and put the liquid in the cleaning tank. Is that ok?? I’ll just use the electrolysis tank for cleaning?

@@jleight9544 Is the cleaning tank green or white? Depending on when you purchased your K8 the cleaning tanks are different from the EE tank.

When the diverter is on the tap option, are you able to use hot water?

Patrice Waite Yes, as long as it is just going straight down through the diverter and not through the ionizer. We never want to run hot water through an ionizer. It will not harm the machine, it’s just not recommended for the filter inside.

Most faucets do. Some are female and some are male. Can you see if there are threads on the inside?

Michaelangelo Medina For the hook up to a single prefilter, you would connect the tubing that came with the filter to the “in” elbow fitting of the filter base to the spout on the diverter, and then connect the water supply line from the back of the machine to the “out” elbow fitting of the base.
