How do you always keep your lens so clear of water marks?

I always check before I start recording and if the lens is dirty I wipe it on my shorts, dip in the water and if any drops are on the lens I gently blow them off. Since I keep the camera very close to the water I do sometimes end up with a drop but I don't use that footage 🤙🏼
