Brooo I think that last scene cob is in reality. Why I am saying is just because of that 2 kids😀 Reason: as you said cob's wife and his kids will always come in his dream. Instead of cob's wife then you note that kids in his dream they will not show their faces to us or his dad cob , but that last scene they have come to their dad and reveal their faces. The last scene of the movie was still a dream 1. At first there is no kick happen or showed for the first level. 2. The totem didn't fall off when Cobb rotate it at last 3. How can the kid's will be at the same place and dress where he saw them last time. So it is just him memory again.
