Aloo ka paratha banaane ka naya aur unique tareeka aur uske saath khaane ke liye vegetable raita perfect rahega! :)
INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
(HINDI)
===== स्पेशल आलू परांठा =====
आलू (मध्यम आकार​) - २, उबले हुए
देशी घी - १ चम्मच​​
लहसुन - ५ से ६ कलियां
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ६ पत्ते
चिली फ़्लेक्स - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​
बारीक सूजी (रवा) - १ कप​
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
===== रायता =====
दही - १ कप​
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
खूरा (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कद्दू कस​
गाजर (मध्यम आकार) - १, कद्दू कस​
काला नमक - २ चुटकी
नमक - २ चुटकी
देशी घी - १ चम्मच​
राई - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ६ पत्ते
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - २ चुटकी
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Potato (medium size) - 2, boiled
Desi Ghee - 1 table spoon
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 leaves
Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Semolina (small) - 1 cup
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Cucumber (medium size) - 1, grated
Carrot (medium size) - 1, grated
Black Salt - 2 pinch
Salt - 2 pinch
Desi Ghee - 1 table spoon
Black Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 leaves
Red Chilli powder - 2 pinch
Coriander leaves (chopped)
