So I recently did a compression test on my KA24De and they were all worn down evenly they marked at 155-165 the 155 was the fourth cylinder , you think I should still install a turbo how it is ?

I have a question I have a ka to but do I need like a performance block (if so do you know where to get one) because I want to do forge internals also

Don't know of a performance block (are you thinking like a CNC'd billet one - like a Mazworx SR block?) IMHO the point of doing a KA24de-t build versus an SR is cost and that it has an iron block among other things. upgrading the internals is the way to go as the stock piston ring lands like to crack at 7-10psi of boost. Hope that answers your question.

combination of a bunch of parts, most sourced from Enjuku Racing - ISR front mount intercooler, ISR Z32 MAF, ISR bottom mount turbo manifold, Garrett GT25 turbo (used), Five O 550cc injectors, Enthalphy ROM tune, Powered by Max cobra pipe, Vibrant bungs/BOV mount, Greddy BOV, cheap oil sandwich plate, and turbo oil feed/return lines from AP turbo.

I have no idea. If you meant Turbocharged (which is this setup) I would say around 225-245 whp.
