Kaabo Wolf Warrior X Pro vs Mantis Pro SE - What’s the difference?

The Mantis Pro SE (special edition) electric scooter isn’t just any e-scooter. It’s an OG known around the world. With a 60V LG or Samsung battery and dual 1000W motors, you’ll hit speeds up to 41 mph and up to 37 miles of range. It’s premium power in a lighter-weight 65 lb package. We offer both the 2021 and 2022 models in 60V 18.2 Ah and 60V 24 Ah configurations, and the 24 Ah will deliver extra mileage if you need it.
The 2021 models have front and rear deck lights and LEDS on either side and the 2022 upgrades the lighting package with a high-mounted headlight and turn signals. The Pro SE is the most value-per-dollar dual-motor scooter we’ve got. Why? It performs on par with heavier hitters that carry higher price tags. It has many of the same top-shelf features for less, including Zoom hydraulic brakes, 10" x 2.5" street tires, and front and rear suspension for ultra-comfortable, nimble riding. The Pro SE is built for carving around corners, speeding down straightaways, and bringing a smile to your face.
The Wolf Warrior X is packed with dual 1100 watt motors and a Samsung 60V 28Ah battery. It may look demure beside the famed Wolf Warrior, but this electric scooter is packed with some serious speed and range. With a range of 55 miles and a top speed of 43 mph, this scooter is not playing around.

Great job VoroMotors! If you could make a modular interchangeable battery for both scooters that would be great! or make an extended rectangular box shaped compartment and secondary battery inside with adjustable seat that can be installed on the scooter to give a comfier ride with a longer range that would be awesome.

I was thinking about the secondary battery compartment and thought about a pedal box that can be used to recharge the secondary battery on the scooter! Also if you could create a mechanism that through the controller for rider to use password/fingerprint to physically lock out both front and back wheels from moving when he/she wants to park the scooter. So people dont have to pay extra money on chains, locks, alarms, etc... Another improvement can be done on the front lighting system, so scooter can use a zoomable light with a lense to adjust the concentration of the hotspot becasue for foggy weather you need more concetrated hot spot whereas for normal visibility at night rider can use a wider spilled beam that spread light more evenly on the road!

They both go 39 mph with a 350lb rider. Dual stem feels a lot more secure if you're a heavier rider.

I love my base kaabo wolf warrior x , it’s the perfect scooter, still handles like bigger wolfs but yet is still portable like smaller scooters (mantis phantom etc).

Hey voro I like the mantis so much but I think its about time maybe you guys or kaabo can update the mantis! First, being its about $500 or $600 dollars more expensive then the base mantis it should have stronger motors! At least dual 1200 motors (top speed 45mph) and not the same dual 1000w motors like the base model mantis v2. Secondly, competitor scooters in the $2000 range implement features like regenerative braking and/or regenerative coasting that should be a feature as well. Third, options of bigger 28ah LG battery at a higher cost but should be value minded at about $2500 unlike the vsett10+ 28ah cost damn near $3000

I think the max range is close to 50 miles! On the Pro X. I doubt I will every see 60 miles, but 50 miles is a lot on a single charge, the upside I have hit 48mph on the scooter, I am 175lbs and tested this scooter on mostly flat ground and 18mph, with very little stopping. I have ridden 40 miles on a single charge with 41% left, however even feathering the throttle drops the voltage by quite a bit. I have also noted that the 7.75" deck is a bit small , I have fabricated a 10.5" foot bord out of 1/4 aluminum and feel safer, I have had a few of my yountubers and FB friends tell me the same.

I love the low profile look of the Mantis Pro. Would it be suitable for taller riders? I'm 6'2 but thin. I've ridden the Futecher Gun Pro from Minimotors USA and it's a bit short. Peace ✌️

The Mantis won all 3 races and had a heavier rider. Wow. The Mantis also has a max load of 330 pounds, and weighs less than the Wolf Warrior. I'm seriously thinking about getting the New 2022 Mantis. I just wish it had more lighting combinations and a better clamp release for the stem. Also, the free spin test shows the Mantis reaching 49 miles per hour, but you stated it goes a top speed of 45 miles per hour, but the website says 41 mph. Is the 41 an average combined speed! Thanks again!

The Mantis in real world driving feels flimsy as hell, and becomes unhinged very easily compared to the Wolf X. Just my experience.

My Wolf Warrior X Pro only gets about 16 miles of range in 2nd gear! (32mph). Is there a video on how to change the rear tire and tube for the split rim?

Thank you for commenting! Currently we do not have a video tutorial that shows how to change the tires for the Wolf X Pro, but we are planning to start production on Wolf X Pro tutorials, so we may have a video for this at some point this year

Ginger on wheels has a video covering the split rim wheel change. It’s on the mantis pro Se but same wheels I’m pretty sure. They are a bitch. if your replacing the tire make sure you deflate the inner tube completely before removing the rim bolts or it will pop. Also idk how the wolf led forks hug the motor but GOW used a mallet to bang on the lug studs. He should have losened the 2 bolts that hold the forks. Dont remove them completely just listen them. U may still need a rubber mallet. But it won’t be as bad. Also leave the lugs on while your hitting the studs so you won’t damage the threads. Even a rubber mallet could possibly dent the threads if they have been tourqed to much. My mantis’s threads were over tourqed and very thin. If the wolds forks are mounted in a similar design then those tips will help along with gingers video

And damn 32mph in 2ed gear? I get 26mph on the mantis. Range is subjective to the terrain and tiers style amd weight. So it’s hard to give an accurate distance but 40 miles is probably not gonna happen no matter the settings

The new Mantis and the PLUS model of the Wolf Warrior X both have sinewave controllers which make the difference in acceleration and faster than the X PRO version. I would love to see a 72V 12 inch wheel, dual stem scooter from Kaabo.
