I can't believe the mayor and the announcer didn't even mention that Cody Garcia/Mr. Willy Wonka is a San Antonio boy. He grew up in San Antonio and went to North East School Of The Arts. I feel they should have mentioned it several times. I think the crowd would have loved knowing Cody is from here.
