Hey chris, huge fan, I had a question about front squats. I've found (in my limited experience) that there is very little difference between front squats and the safety bar, is there something important I'm missing that is making you struggle trhough no hand frontsquats rather than using a safety?

Triceps mainly, but most people do it since it's easier on the shoulders

itll put your shoulders in a much better position but will feel very awkward on your wrists at first
