+Rodrigo Amando Rodríguez Iglesias 20% is alot you should expect to add 50lbs max on your squat

Hey chris, huge fan, I had a question about front squats. I've found (in my limited experience) that there is very little difference between front squats and the safety bar, is there something important I'm missing that is making you struggle trhough no hand frontsquats rather than using a safety?

What does the reverse grip bench press emphasize more than regular grip bench press

triceps and upper chest

Triceps mainly, but most people do it since it's easier on the shoulders

+Noah Owens different feeling in the chest tricep annihilation and you have to stay very tight doing the movement

itll put your shoulders in a much better position but will feel very awkward on your wrists at first

I've bees told by some bodybuilders at my gym that it hits your shoulders pretty good.

does reverse grip bench increase stress on the elbows? I know it saves the shoulders, that's why I switched over. but what about the elbows? anyone know?

And I though me reverse benching 315 for 3 first time ever trying after doing like 10 sets regular bench.. was good.. I feel like an idiot lol
