My astrologer friend said back in the 60’s she had to be careful who she told in her life that she was an astrologer. I think there is a pervasive stigma around it that we chalk up to ppl being annoyed nowadays but in the past it had to very hush hush. I love you talking astrology! Chani’s book taught be so much.

"I don't believe in astrology" -- everyone with a fantasy football team. Edited to add (and apologies for the Ted Talk): my working theory about the introvert/extrovert issue involves a re-frame of this question. My brain is insanely fast and it's ON all the gd time. To me, that's being "neurodiverse" i.e. the whole alphabet soup of diagnoses (ADHD, etc). It's what makes me unique but it can also be so exhausting. So how can we manage a turbo brain? The opposite of thinking is: doing. Doing something, the two poles being resting ("introvert?") and socializing ("extrovert?"). Sometimes a nap is exactly what I need. And sometimes I need to connect and get tea with a friend. Sometimes I watch stand up comedy by myself and laugh until I cry. Just depends. Anyway, caffeinated thoughts for your lovely video ❤

I completely agree that introvert/extrovert is a spectrum. We did one of the personality assessments while I was in college and I was dead center in between so many including that one. I’m basically an extroverted introvert or vis versa.

I don't know much about astrology, but I'm hoping that someone in these comments can shed some light for me. So I am an Aries sun, Taurus rising, and Gemini moon. The seasons are back to back to back! And I always feel like I am continuously overwhelmed and anxious from spring through the beginning of summer. My skin was doing fine and not breaking out.... and now I'm in breakout city.... I hate to suggest this but the only new product I'm using is the Givenchy concealer. I really hate to suggest it's the culprit because I LOVE the finish of this product so so so much.... I've been using it by itself instead of my usual foundation.. but.... yeah I'm kinda worried it's the concealer. Your thoughts?

Yes: hyperfocus/adhd so real. Adult middle-aged female just Dx’ed with ADHD this past year. It has helped me understand myself and self-knowledge is power. I found it was a relief to know why I think, act, feel as I do.

It was a relief to know years of struggling was because I was trying to do things in a neurotypical way, while not being neurotypical. Such a relief to map my own way through tasks, and not compare myself to others.

(I have the free version and I love it) because they explain all the houses AND they do a daily horoscope AND have a cute/cool/relevant “do/don’t” list for the day AND you can add your friends/significant other(s) to see how you’re relating astrologically that day (or they can tell you in more detail) Example- My “Do” list for today: Coconut milk, Go on record, and Long walks My “Don’t” list for today: Candy crush, Small talk, and Double standards

I feel like I’ve said it before, but I really would love if your videos had captions on them when they went live. Most channels do have them right away, and a lot of people need captions to watch videos for multiple accessibility reasons. As of right now, this has been up for 3 hours and no captions yet (edit: still none after 5 hours, just for reference), so I still can’t watch. I hope it’s something you can keep in mind for the future. It’s just that a lot of people need captions, and KZbin will have the autogenerated ones ready when published if you let the video sit before publishing. Really enjoy your videos, just feel left out pretty often. 😭 Still looking forward to watching, but wanted to share some accessibility feedback. 💖

Nooooooot saying that I'm like pro pro know it all, but cord cuttings can be most powerful when you have things or people that fill you up with love and positivity. So, because you've let in all those wonderful new friendships, they've given you the energy to push out (or cut ties with, however your paradigm serves you) that which you no longer need. When you are empty, it's harder to let go. Witchy and mental health things are kind of like physics sometimes, it's just displacement lol. When the cup is full of gooky water, put pretty floating things in it and some of the gooky water will come sploshing out! It's just that with people, we have stronger surface tension, so to get the gooky water out, sometimes we need to use intentions, like cord cuttings, and sometimes we need the help of others, like beautiful friendships to help fill us up so we can be better at letting go of the gooky water 😊
