I think one of the things I have come to really appreciate and respect about Rare Beauty, to your point, is that by and large, most of their products are extremely well-thought out and researched. Maybe with the exception of their eyeshadows. But what I'm saying is that I don't feel like they're trying to swindle me and steal my money with crap products.

I recently bought myself the Nars palette on your recommendation and you are spot on. It's a brilliant "I have no creativity or energy today, just give me an easy option to throw on" palette and given how often that's my situation in the morning, this has quickly earned a place in my vital basics basket. The fact that it's got some pretty and fun sparkles is ideal because it helps me feela bit less like I've tapped out on my look. 😆

I agree about the Patrick Ta Rose palette! I love the colors and I end up with nice looks, but the shimmers are hard to work with. They stick to my finger or my brush and I can’t actually get the shimmer on my eyelids! I have to really build it up and dig into the shimmer shades to make them work

That Anastasia pallet may be better for green or hazel eyes than for brown eyes like yours. That Wisteria shade could work to pop that green iris when used sparingly along the upper lash line.

I was so tempted by almost all of the eyeshadow palettes you talked about at some point in the year. Unfortunately any and all warm toned eyeshadows turn orange on me, so I dodged a bullet. Same thing for me with that Givenchy powder. So annoying! For me, on the *several* occasions the lid got stuck, I took my palm or fist and gave a hard slam to the top of the lid. It levels out the lid then you can twist it again. If anything needs a self-leveling property, it’s this stupid packaging! 😂 Love all your videos Kackie-thanks for all you do!

I would love to see more videos with the isamaya palette because I have it and I'm just not sure what to do with it. All the reviews use the blacks and I'm just waaay too pale to do that. The same thing happened to my saie powder. You need to use one of those rubber jar openers to force the lid back open. Or just someone really strong. You can still buy the chantecaille cheek shade in ray at the chantecaille website and on space nk. I bought it after hearing you rave about a million times and I love it!

I had the same issue with the Givency Prisma Libre powder, the lid gets stuck if it is not threaded properly. Really Givency? For that price? Now I’m very careful when screwing the lid back on. But I absolutely LOVE that powder, it made me a believer in powder.

If long wearing is what you're after you might like the Fenty eaze drop. I have super oily skin and it's one of the few that my skin doesn't eat. I've seen other KZbinrs praise it for being long wearing too. I think Samantha March said she did hot yoga with it on and it looked perfect after 😂

You lost me at the TF foundation stick😭 if we’re paying $90 for a foundation and it can only be limitedly used as a concealer …why not buy a true concealer and use the remaining funds towards a wonderful foundation that performs as a foundation. There’s so many luxury foundations that perform, don’t waste your hard earned dollar on one that doesn’t do what it’s designed to do
