I first read this at about age ten. Forty-five years later, I still cannot read it without tears flowing.

@percentum4 I do believe! My niece (now 25) was introduced to Millay in her school. America has some appreciation for the written word -- not everyone is glued to reality TV! Glad you liked the Millay.

It’s strange, she’ll be 38 this year and I found her when I was 17, and one day I’ll be 33 and someone will find her at the same age as me.
