In this video I describe how to step up a recruitment business that can be operated from home and will cost less than £100 to start. There are 7-8 things you need to get in place, a business account, register a company, job boards, business email account and address as well as website and hosting.
Most recruitment agencies in the UK have this set up and it is no different to any other business out there. Once you grow there are some features and elements you can use to increase your business sales and profit, but for now this is the start up.

Do you just send them a CV of a potential employee and they pay you for it? What is the role precisely (I understand you connect the employee with the client but if you can explain it in detail it would be helpful) thanks!

Afternoon. In a nutshell. The company will say we need somebody with this much skill, Experience, and salary. You send them the CV once you find the candidate. After that the company will ask you to arrange the interview which you will do. If they get the job you will give the offer to the candidate and arrange for the contract to be sent. Then you make sure everything runs smoothly and they start. Then you send your invoice and get paid. Hope this helps and thank.you for watching my videos

The best way I found most effective was to send out cold emails for most sectors. Then schedule a call and discuss rates and service.

I started working first for recruitment agency and recently for myself, just won a contractor altrough probably short time, will see...the thing is, Indeed is mostly full of agencies posting rather than companies, and those companies getting spams every day from other agents. So its not as easy as it sounds. ...I focus on people from my country first, cos we have lot of skilled, qualified, and very good workers (not nessesary cheap!) and i quite enjoy the thrill when my phone rings and its rewarding as well....unlike cleaning that is degrading (cos people itself make it degrading!)
