ப்ராணாயாமத்தின் விளக்கம் அருமை. ஒரு சின்ன செய்தி பகிர விரும்புகிறேன். திருமந்திரத்தில் வரும் “யாவர்க்குமாம் ஒரு பச்சிலை” இதற்கு ஒரு விளக்கம் கேட்டேன். அதை பகிர நினைக்கிறேன். ஒரு பச்சிலை, பச்சிலையின் இருப்பு சூரிய ஒளியை கொண்டு பிராணவாயு செய்வது. அப்படி அது உருவாக்கும் பிராணவாயு ஒர் அணுவில் தொடங்கி மனிதன் வரையிலான அத்தணை உயிர்க்கும் பொது என்று விளக்கம் கேட்டேன். நீங்கள் இதை பற்றி என்ன நினைக்கிறீர்கள்.

Anna kindly consider this question in Q&A I have been following the spiritual path since 2020, lot of bad thoughts has changed and trying to see positive things in everything & on practice to minimise the human emotions of anger, love, lust, attachments, but the below following things make me feel am doing something wrong or I preferably like to read crime novel and the taste for crime fiction detective fiction or sound psycho violence of blood through movies or books attracts me more and in love to read such kind of books...in music i preferably to listen to dark academia kind of music which gives me healing kind of feel and helps me to feel peace but such music gives a negative vibration when I ask my frds to listen to it...last I always like to stay in dark(closing doors, windows, covering every area of gap through which light enters the room) rather than being in light area that darkness keeps my eyes to relax and mind calm but even in this kind of attitude never felt of any rage towards anyone or never thought kind of hurting/harming others or involving in any sort of bad or evil kind of action but matchstick fire (agal vilakku) kind of fire never gave such discomfort...I personally admire and follow spiritual siddhargal. So I get a doubt of I'm following spiritual path of siddhargal and got lot of clarity through your videos but still the kind of attachment towards above mentioned things,what kind of purpose did I take when took this birth?? I DO GET THIS QUESTION REPEATEDLY IN MY MIND
