On the "people" list in management you just need to hit X on the one you want to remove and then there is a confirmation prompt to make sure you want to remove them from your village.

i get my wood storage almost in the same place as yours and a tip for get wood easier is drop the logs down the hill, instead of carry them on ur backpack. i mada a "track" withou trees or stomps and collect almost 100 logs in no time. ;-)

also, the best stats for workers that I have found are lvl 10. I married a girl in the first town that wasn't available as a worker. she has two lvl 10 stats (farming and resources). she also had a younger sister that was 16 (at the time of marriage). Her younger sister moved in with her and when she turned 19, she became a worker for free. The sister also has two lvl 10 stats (hunting and crafting).

Be VERY careful when the Uniegost II quest activates. It is a major bug that can brake your game... (i.e it locks you from paying taxes, hence your reputation takes hit over and over again...). Hopefully they will have fixed the issue by then, but my guess (...) is; (spoiler) the quest start with you having to talk to three people, and each of those will give you a sub-quest. DO NOT complete any of the subquests before having spoken to all three! (first then will the quest change to (spoiler) collect (#blurred because of spoilers#). If you complete any sub-quest before this, then you will not have anything to trigger once the main quest has changed and hence cannot complete the quest... There might be other bugs with the quest as well, but this messed up my first attempt at least

You seem to be really rushing through this with the persistent save/reload to get results you want. I get using it when things are bugged but just because you aren't getting the result you want is a bit counter to the game. It took me 4 years to marry my wife after consistently getting bogus options. But, in the end my town girl has 2 lvl 10 skills and brought a sister with 2 other lvl 10 skills too. When courting, walk them home, meet the family. Chat with the family and see what they bring to the table. You already identified that their response correlates to their own skills/interests. So go slow and be real. It will pay in the end. But, everybody plays games their own way. Also, you are shorting yourself looking for the quick buck. Stealing is not the best way to make money, neither is sticks or firewood or stone knives or axes. If you put in the time to build your foundation you can make far more money in the core trades. Farming can make you a ton and it is easy to carry hundreds of seeds to far settlements to sell and recruit while you are there. Additionally, farming opens up tailoring with flax early on as well as cooking. Cabbage and meat as pottage sells for 14 (i think) per, easy to queue up 100 or so during a night. You could even go for stews with carrots. Once you get into a tavern the profits increase even more. If you get a miner going for you then smithing is the honest way to sell scythes for money, rather than using an obvious exploit and it is faster than stealing them too. A tip on farming is to make larger fields. I go with 5x5 fields, or 25 plots. I get 3 workers in the same field. One spreading manure, one hoeing behind and the other seeding behind them. They seem to prioritize harvesting and will work fields individually doing so. But, they generally try to work the same field once harvesting is finished, so that might be the issue you are having with your farmers not working. Just my opinion on some options.

I think it started because the first day he was playing he came across that old bug when you go to sleep right before a season change. He started saving regularly because he didn't know what was causing it initially. That said, he's also doing it for content on a first playthrough and has more time invested in the game for videos than basically anyone else I've seen.

@@robertmasengale9366 Yeah he was rushing to be the first on content. Being a youtuber can be stressful. But he's making a ton of mistakes along the way. IE "Research Storage", or the first 11 videos he swore to us nothing spawned in chests, lol. This one he loses the 5 affection in the first 3 min of the video and later he thinks it happened overnight (it doesn't).

The amount of Dynasty rep you get for "side quests" is designed so that it takes you a long time to get to 1000. The reason is to give you time to get married, have a child, and allow the child to grow up. You aren't supposed to finish the game in 5 "years" ! After all it's called "Medieval DYNASTY". You do get a big boost when you heir reaches 2 years old I believe, and there are a couple of "Story Quests" that also give a larger boost to rep.

The thing with farming is, the NPC has to do the animation to get it done. That's why the NPC do it so slow, while the other work they can do it even when they just standing in front of woodshed and the logs still coming in to your storage.

So you where wondering what to do with your people. You have a Lumberjack and a Miner, so you get sticks and stone. Move Ingryda with 6 in Crafts over to Smithy and have her make Stone Knives for you, then you can keep Moj as a Hunter. OR you can move her to the Sewing and have her make you simple sacks and burn up that leather

yes, you can get rid of workers in the management tab. You just go over their name on the left hand side and press 'X'. When I did this, that npc was glitched in my village for a while, but I think it has been patched because she eventually just disappeared.

Get the good farmers for animal husbandry, they can work both barn or animals once you build animal housing. I usually play multiple games, since this came out ive played it nonstop. Such a great early access title.

get a longbow and some iron arrows. The standard bow drains a shitton of stamina (probably bugged) but the Longbow works like a charm, headshotting deer and dealing massive damage plus way lighter than spears

following someones advice, I built the resource storage 2 at the "unstuck" teleport location. It's mid map. I mine now and drop off ore at that point. Rinse and repeat.

From what I have head I don't think there is a way to dismiss them. However: You could keep her in a house with no one else and destroy it when you no longer want her - like what happened with the guy in a previous vedio. Also as a note I think someone mentioned the NPCs can increase their skills over time while doing the associated task. No idea if that is true though.

Not sure how you would go about disbanding a recruit you don't want anymore but my guess is change their home to be by themselves then destroy the walls make them homeless and let them leave because they got mad about being homeless. probably not good for your reputation but would probably be one way to get rid of them.

You need to talk with Alwin in the starter village. He gives you a dynasty quest chain.

I noticed affection/approval is high-context. Meaning, your dialogue options must be congruent with game details to gain points. Ex 1. "I saw a bed of flowers..." doesn't build affection because it is winter therefore it's not true. Ex 2. "Nice figure" won't work because she is wearing extra layers in the winter, thus, not true. So if you don't have affection/approval building dialogue options, it could be better to just take a -5% hit.

legit best way to get money is create iron arrows sells for 7 a piece doesnt weigh for a donk and 50 in a stack 350g per stack so go to town in the mine ez money :)

TIME SAVING AND MONEY MAKING TIPS! You can save on storage if you drop your stuff next to the resource and food chests. It doesn't disappear. I just keep restacking the stuff so its not a mess. If your storage weight gets capped the resources stop appearing in it and back up at the lumber, mining and hunter camps. Once those get full your villager stops working. Patches can delete the stuff you drop so be careful At the end of every season go mine and pile it at the opening of the cave and pick it all up before the season changes. You will be teleported home. I made 129 iron 293 stone and 211 salt last season. Get your sewer to make simple bags from the leather your hunter gets. They sell for 11 gold each weigh very little and you need them extra 2-300$ a season with level 3 crafter. Hunting traps level your hunting skill so always have them down. Get the multiple traps and fishing traps perks to speed up leveling. Use the meat to make potage. Grow carrots in the winter. They are lightweight and easy to farm. They are pretty much winter berries.

I have made so much potage that I started selling it. I can carry 53 at a time currently, and I make 14g each. I made 7 grand in less than two days selling my overflow of potage. Great money maker!

I wonder if the diplomacy tree has an effect on whether certain conversation options work or not. There is probably an RNG throw behind the scenes for each character based on some of their individual characteristics with success based on the diplomacy skill. If this is too low it might result in all higher level conversation options failing?

So your question I have heard of people having bugs that when they remove someone and they are gone but still count towards your total. I have not had this problem. I go to the management menu select the person and hit the X key to remove them, then confirm it. Then right in front of the new person I just ask them to join me. Bing Bam Boom, done.
