I think it's named after the children's game Red Rover, where two teams face each other in a line, holding hands, and taking turns calling out an opposing player to run toward their line. You would say something like "Red Rover, Red Rover, let Kai come over" and he will come to you.

I've been waiting for this video since you came back. i didnt love the song until i watched rover studio choom video. i think rover flim is a better work than rover mv. i love all b-sides of this album.
