However, Glen actions did result in more than one death in addition to property damage so his retaliatory crime was more severe. Ultimately though, Glen suffered a fate worse than death by falling helplessly into the void over and over again so Rob (who enabled this) was the worst criminal in the end.

Glen responded by destroying a lot of the progress they were making, just Malin's house must have taken a couple minutes. When someone playfully shoves you, you respond by shoving them back, you don't punch everyone within a 10 meter radius of you. Glen's a bit of a dick.
