Food for thought: It would be cool if there was an overlay, in the corner of your video for instance, that indicated "anime-only" content vs. "manga spoilers" content. For some of your content, I avoid watching the video entirely because I don't know if you'll go into light/heavy detail about the manga (which I don't read for most anime). Having a visual indicator might allow folks to watch more. Plus, scrolling through the video gives preview images which would help folks avoid spoilers. Don't see other anime channels do this so it could set you apart even further. I'm sure many folks in your 350K subscriber community would appreciate it.

I have this theory that Kaiju no. 9 is mycelium (animal kingdom including mushrooms) in the way that Godzilla is reptile. This would connect a lot of the facets in the video. Mushrooms are essentially hive nervous systems that use the earth as a body. They change and grow rapidly, in some cases merge with species to take control, some networks have been found to communicate with each other, etc. However, the biggest connection would be the theory that Kaiju no. 9 is the creator of Kaiju, because mycelium is said to be the origins of life on Earth or at least the first forms of life. Idk kinda a stretch on my end but interesting nonetheless. It also kinda looks mushroomish

It makes sense except for the fact that he made the Kaiju (I don't think he did,otherwise, if he did create Kaiju, then he made Kaiju, then he should've known how to kill Kaiju no8 . I mean take this as an e.g If u made the blueprints ,then u know how to disassemble and yk all the weaknesses. But if he Is the creator how can he not kill his own creation? Let alone get bashed and almost killed?

I think Kafka has the power to revive dead Kaiju like No 9 does. Kafka celebrates killing the Kaiju and is like "yeahhh!! Try coming back from that!" and the Kaiju starts moving. Kafka then freaks out saying he was kidding and the Kaiju stops moving. I'm personally assuming that that moment was Kafka using that ability without realizing it, and that that moment is a foreshadowing to it being announced that he has that specific ability.

I don’t think Kaiju No. 9 scales to Kafka. Not even close. Spoiler 🚨 - - - - - It’s implied that Kaiju No. 9 has been alive for centuries and at least a portion of its strength is derived from absorbing power from other Kaiju. Kafka despite being Human/Kaiju for a short period has been identified as a DaiKaiju that’s only rivaled by No. 9. Further more Kafka during one of his confrontations with No. 9 almost killed it but didn’t because he needed to preserve his secret identity at the time of protect others. At this point currently in the manga Kafka is fighting on par with No. 9 despite in having more experience in using Kaiju abilities as well as the human fighting style Kafka practices that was invented by Isao Shinomiya. The only thing that’s keeping Kafka from outright losing so far is the fusion of the Hoshina family’s sword play with the Shinomiya style. There’s also things NCHammer brings up in this video that we know aren’t true. It’s implied that despite Isao being incredibly strong, and capable he’s by no means the strongest officer in the defense corp. That title goes to Gen Narumi. Hell I’d argue characters like Vice Captain Hoshina, Kikoru, and even Leno are stronger than Isao. Just off the strength that the characters I just mentioned have feats against Identified Kaiju level threats, and can still hold their own. Isao states that because he’s out of his prime he’s not exactly the best of the best anymore. Hell in a flashback one Isao’s friends sees him working out well past lights out, and Isao says the reason he continues to train is so that Gen Narumi won’t surpass him in skill becoming conceded. One of Narumi’s biggest goals is his desire to receive praise from commander Isao.

a few things here no 9 can absorb and create other kaiju and absorb the unique aspects of humans eg people that naturally have more afinity than others with spsific weapons like mina with guns. we are also shown that no 9 acts like a factory for kaiju and that the consciousnesses of those that he absorbes are still there kind of like how it works with the number suits. also also the kaiju that no 9 resurects isnt a spsific ability of his but a product of him rearanging their organs and when he resurects them if their strength doubles their fortitude wouldnt as it is shown repeatedly to be a logarithmic system eg a fortitude 8 kaiju is 10x stronger than a fortitude 7 kaiju.
