Sensei Rob leads you through a workout you can do at home on your own time.
This work out is meant to be done as a Follow Along: Rob will explain the movements, you pause the video to practice, and then resume play afterwards.
This video contains
- 5-10 Minute warm-up
- 4 Kicking drills
- 5 Punching drills
- 4 Kickboxing combinations
- 5-10 Minute Flexibility Cooldown

Hi I’m a former 3rd degree black belt taekwando, this is so similar like taekwando this is really good for a lot of things such as Offense for beginners you should do boxing or jujutsu once h get those TEQNIQUE try kajukenbo

Kajukenbo is one of the better martial arts its very underrated.

@@CombatSelfDefense will do. I'm recovering from plantar fascitis/heel pain and knee pain so I wasn't able to stand up for a one hour martial arts class, but with these videos I could do 10 mins at a time. Then I did 20 or 30 minutes on my feet, and now I can almost stand up for an hour. Along with my physiotherapy and yoga/pilates, doing this training has really helped me feel feel fitter, healthier and stronger! I follow other martial arts lessons too online but they teach just the technique. You also give structure with X number of reps, etc. I find your instruction Is really clear and I find the history of kajukenbo to be fascinating! I'm still struggling with some of the kicks because I'm just recovering from injuries and I think I need more strength on my legs. I don't know if there are any exercises for strengthening your legs for kicks? I do find your stretches at the start and end to be helpful. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. You're a great teacher, if I wasn't living in Australia, I would have liked to learn from you in person. I have followed a couple of your lessons, will check out the rest!

Si ,yo 4 dan de taekwondo muchos años sin entrenar y hace dos años me apunté a kajukenbo y ya estoy en forma, recuperé mi elasticidad y cardio,tengo 62 y entreno 4 días a la semana..estoy ahora como si tuviera 40

im 15 and dont even haver the flexibility to get over my waist with the side kick its pulling on my quads alot it feels like :(
