Great video. These are great exercises top do even on off practice days. I coach a university club. When COVID hit, the university banned all face to face sports, judo, wrestling, etc. All of my students either graduated the university, transferred to a different school or just disappeared. It has been difficult getting people interested in judo again.

Hey there! We're supporters of cross training across martial arts and many of our students and coaches do. Personally it helps us strengthen our martial arts understanding and skills. Of course we would suggest checking in with your current instructors and ask for their suggestions as well and thoughts on which martial arts would be complementary to your current training.

hmm I'm not sure if other academies are offering online certification but you will most likely still need a partner to demonstrate these techniques and practice with.

@MartialSpirit4 жыл бұрын
our logo is a sun over a mountain - we don't intend to have it represent historical horrors. in actuality we have a story of why we chose mount fuji and a sun. We will look into adjusting it to represent us better. Our goal is to share our martial arts journeys with like minded people not to associate ourselves with historical misconduct.
