Krovyanka "Ukrainian"
Pork intestines, thick/thin - 5/10 pcs.
Salt, soda/vinegar - for washing the intestines
Pork blood -3-4 liters (baked + liquid)
Lard cubes -1 kg
Lard scraps for greaves -1.5 kg
Fat from cracklings - 200 ml
Rice - 200 grams
Milk - 400 ml
Eggs - 3 pcs
Garlic 200-300 grams
Salt - 2 tablespoons
Pepper - to taste
