Love how in some countries the way people will stop to sell you food if they see you camping . Such a neat way to meet people and ask about the local area . And get farm fresh food . Great video again you to . What a nice country and countryside. Thanks for sharing your wonderful and beautiful video’s with us all your over landing friends. Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :):):) 👍🏼🥂.

Thanks it Steve, we've found the attitude towards camping here and in Central Asia is much more relaxed, definitely makes life easier on the road and yes evidently great for fresh food too!. Cheers

Always enjoyed your films, glad you're back on the road and congrats for your marriage :-) Do you have a fixed route plan, destinations and final destination?
@TheWayOverland2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Not a fixed plan it’s rather loose and changes with things like weather, if we stay longer somewhere, or if find out about somewhere new. We’ll generally steer towards areas which look promising and may have a few things worth checking out though this it’s not ‘set in stone’ and we like to go with the flow. The final destination is our home in Aus, via London!

Hi Jolie and Mark...another great episode and excellent cinemaphotography as usual. Are you still shooting with the Osmo and is it a new drone?
@TheWayOverland2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Ashley, no we stopped using the Osmo before our Nepal trek and haven't looked back since. We weren't too happy with it before hand and feel the picture quality is much better with the Sony. New drone (and new Sony) this time around. We kept it simple and went with the Mini 2 and so far are happy with the quality, amazing how the image quality has evolved from our old mavic.

@@TheWayOverland thought so...the picture quality has improved amazingly! I haven't used our Osmo for years but use Go Pro's and the Go Pro 10 now. I'm also embarressed to put my Phantom Pro 3 in the air anymore as well haha. That things is a dinorsaur. Our son used a Mavic 2 Pro and it is amazing.

Cheers, good to know the investment is noticed! Our GoPro is definitely something we need to upgrade urgently though, its from the same prehistoric era as the Phantom. We didn't think we'd be doing much swimming this time around so left it off the upgrade list, yet to be determined whether that was a good move 🤔 The footage that comes out of the new GoPros with the IS looks awesome!
