Kala Chaha Dosa 🌼
*Ingredients:*
1 cup kala chana (black chickpeas), soaked overnight
1 cup rice
1/4 cup rava (Semolina)
1/2 inch ginger, chopped
2-3 green chilies, chopped
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
*Instructions:*
*Rinse the soaked black chickpeas
*In a blender, combine the soaked chickpeas, rava along with ginger, green chilies, and salt.
*Grind them into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.
*Transfer the batter into a large bowl and let it for 20 min
*After 20 min , the batter will rise and become airy.
*Heat a non-stick dosa tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
*Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
*Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the underside turns golden brown.
*Flip the dosa and cook the other side until it's cooked through.
*Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
*Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
